I'm back after a long break! Some stuff i'm working on: The Apple Store on Sainte-Catherine St. in Montreal, QC (opened summer 2008): This one is 95% complete and will be available soon. I'm also working on the Complexe Desjardins in Montreal: Another project: And lastly the 400 Sherbrooke St, in Montreal (aka Hilton Garden Inn, still under construction at the moment)

Cataclaw here. After a lengthy absence (1.5 years+) from Sim City and Simtropolis for medical and other reasons, i'm back. I've begun BATing again and one of the projects i'd like to resume is this CJ. When i fired up my city for the first time in a year and a half, i noticed how much i disliked the map i was building the city on. I decided to remake the city map rotated in such a way as to match the city grid better. I'm currently compiling this map and by tomorrow the new CJ should be under way. I hadn't done much in the old CJ anyway, so it's no big loss starting over. I'd rather pick up this project fresh with a new map that works better than continuing from what i had. This thread will remain for archival purposes, and the new City of Montreal CJ version 2.0 will begin under a new thread. Glad to be back! Stay tuned...

Thanks for the suggestion, Mr. Glamazon. You're right, when i take a good look at them, those columns do seem a bit out of place! I'll post an update soon. Thanks for the tip! Appreciate it.

I'm back after a year-long leave! Here are some shots of a soon-to-be released building, headquarters of the ToutSimCity.com community. Scroll up for an early screen shot, before i underwent a major overhaul. Here it is before i upgraded the base: Here is the new and improved base:

Thanks for the positive feedback, but hold on a second... you're suggesting this might not be acceptable content? You're kidding, right? It's a legitimate building, a very real part of the urban setting. There's no nudity, the building is clean, everything was reproduced true-to-life and tastefully. On what grounds could this possibly be unacceptable? I'm a bit baffled. Anyway. Glad you like the BAT :)

Presenting the third BAT of the Montreal series. The Club Super Sexe is a well known strip club located in downtown Montreal. It's prominent neon lights have undoubtedly contributed to its fame. Hey... adult sims need entertainement too! A Team TSC Production ~ ToutSimCity.com Name: Club Super Sexe Date: July 8th, 2007 Type: Custom SC4RH Lot(s) with custom BATAuthor: CataclawE-Mail: Cataclaw@Cataclaw.comWeb Site: http://www.cataclaw.comThread: http://toutsimcity.com/forums/afficher-reponses.php?forum=ebt&page_sujet=1&sujet=302511Installation: Standard "extra-to-plugins" installation, see readme for details.Dependencies: None!Lot types: Ploppable landmark Plop Cost: 6000$ (25$/month)Misc: While working on a city the other day, i realized how few low-rise "downtown" commercial buildings are available. To add to the pool of available buildings, i felt a strip club might be interesting. It's a "shadier" building, no doubt, but a type of building present in every big city nevertheless. Everything you need to know is in the readme. Remerciements: Un gros merci à la gang de ToutSimCity.com. Votre support est grandement apprécié! -

Petition To The Bosses - Seperate Map STEX
Cataclaw replied to andymcnab666's topic in SC4 - Custom Content
I agree with Keiran Halcyon. Additionally, I would have the default list BATs, LOTs, MODs only (no maps, but the option to check it is there) -
