All mayors know that variety of housing is never enough, so here comes a fourth pack of semi-detached homes featuring 4 R$$$, 7 R$$, and one R$. These models draw largely from London (for example, R$$$ 22 can be found on Nightingale Lane in Balham) and grow under Chicago tileset, mostly on medium-density lots of various sizes as detailed in the documentation pictures. True 3d as usual, they come packed into a single file claiming just 700KB of your disk space. My favourite is the view from the hill. Since you asked, I would say yes, it feels pretty organic, and perhaps (just my opinion) it would do so even more if the height of w2w buildings was a bit more varied, but I guess that's the material you have to work with. Adding boats and street life will also make a big difference.- 3 Comments

Following the FA residentials, a large Victorian industrial lotted for FA3. It provides I-d jobs to 1000 sims and only minor pollution. But wait, you prefer to keep things straight? Not to worry, the base is a separate prop which can be removed in the LE to make your own orthogonal lot. As usual the models are suitable for all camera angles, and the all-inclusive file only weighs 148 KB.
