  1. Network Addon Mod (NAM) - Cross-Platform

    ╒═══════════════╛@Devs:╘═══════════════╕ Is it possible to set custom road capacities with the TSCT? I don't like any of the presets. I want to create my own difficulty through capacities, and the majority of the settings are just not close enough to what I want to get, even with cap multipliers. I really want to set specific values. If not, can it be done through editing files TSCT uses (compiled or not)? I have limited experience with hex-editors from modding Unreal games (UAssetGUI tool) and would need to be recommended a tool for this game. My issue with the prefab capacities is they are (seemingly) balanced around including Buses in the simulation, but it serves no purpose for me, as all it does is makes buses functionally pointless, which my theory was confirmed by conferring with a friend over the statement in the NAM/TSCT guide. Playing without it makes the game completely unbalanced with anything but the Maxis Classic TSCT Prefab, which is the closest I can get to the settings I want, but still far too low. Also part of the issue is I don't like the curve the prefab capacities offer, as I don't believe that Avenues have enough capacity, One-Ways shouldn't be the same as Roads, and Highways should be far higher. Please respond ASAP, and thanks.

    This looks awesome! Didn't look at this sooner because the name, but, it's a realistic-looking map that doesn't try too hard to be 'realistic' and has nice flat areas.

    Yeah, that worked, but it's so much slower than using SC4 Mapper... which has nothing to do with my computer. There really isn't any reason maps uploaded shouldn't be compatible with a powerful tool like SC4M that makes it faster and really easy to edit. It has nothing to do with being square... 1025x1281 isn't a power of 2.

    I really want to use this terrain, but the grayscale image is *not* square (1025x1281???) and the config file is invalid for SC4 Mapper 2013. I fixed the irregular resolution on the heightmap, but I don't know how to fix config files.

  9. Sometimes the FPS will tank from great (100+ fps) to 10-15FPS. Using a launcher. Since for some reason there's a post requirement to a signature... i7-4790k, 980ti SC, 8gb ram Generally, OpenGL has better performance... would like to use it, but my terrain and buildings are all white with it. Maybe I should try Software render.
