  1. 18 years ago today (January 14), SimCity 4 was released for Windows. The game has now reached adulthood. Let us hear your commentary on the longevity of the game, especially since I don't have any (I don't really play SC4 anymore and only come here to make these threads once a year.)
  2. Anyone else playing Democracy 3?

In fact I do. I don't play it as much as I used to (due to SC4 and C:SL). Yeah, simulators are my kind of game, especially that kind of sim.
  3. According to the current exchange rates, 10 pounds is $14.27. That is a great deal for a video game (at least in America).
  4. Information

This city journal is based in SimCity 4. I will probably post entries every saturday for the status on Pfnaníana and Dulfinæ.
  5. SimCity 4 turns 13!

And just in time! Today, Wikipedia turns 15!
  6. Microsoft Stamps its Feet!

If you use IE anyway, you need to switch to Chrome.
  7. Network Addon Mod (NAM) - Cross-Platform

Ease of usability is lacking in this mod. Otherwise, it's perfectly fine.
  8. SimCity 4 turns 13!

The game has no limits but money. It keeps renewing itself with its custom content, its mods, tool, lots, and more which are almost constantly being created, amazes me. It has almost an infinite amount of custom content that you could create.
  9. SimCity 4 turns 13!

I've only known SimCity 4 for a couple months.
  10. Happy Birthday SimCity 4! SimCity 4 was released for the PC on January 14, 2003.
  11. Chapter 8: The End of an Era - Part 1

    Dun Dun Dun
  12. Try to add 7-Zip support for file uploads

I think downloading 7Zip would we worth it. Less traffic would be conducted on the servers, meaning Simtropolis and so many other websites could become faster.
  13. Try to add 7-Zip support for file uploads

I don't have unlimited internet. It is limited to 30 GB, far too low for today's standards. Some people's internet is very slow.
  14. Try to add 7-Zip support for file uploads

I have only one of the compressed files available for download. compress.tar.gz https://www.dropbox.com/s/g9tjf5u0dvhphes/compress.tar.gz?dl=0 I will always use Dropbox for sharing files in the forums.
