  1. Can't find it?... Ask here!

Yes, it is entirely possible. If you found something else just let me know. I'll check it out when I am back at home.

HM... Which version of these lots are you using? Most of the most common industrial queries (the generic ones RLS and the other generic SG IDs: c35ca521-523, I think, or c35cc501-503 - I don't recall exactly the IDs now but something like these) are in the BSC Essentials v2026a. There are a few specific ones which now might be in the respective updated SG Models pack where the model and prop file is stored (latest version of BSC Common Dependencies). In some cases due to unnecessary redundancy the original Query IDs were replaced by the generic RLS industrial or other common SG Industrial query in the building exemplar. These duplicate UIs were not kept anywhere officially. The issues was that these were running on different IDs but the UI itself was completely the same as the generic or an other existing one. So one was only kept. Check the building exemplar of the lot (it's in the rehosted lot collections on Evermore) and check if the Query ID is in the BSC Essentials v2026a. Alternatively check the SG Models IM vol01 and Vol02 DATs in the most recent BSC Common Dependencies pack, but I think these UIs should be in the BSC Essentials. If you are using older versions of these lots (and the ID swaps were applied as explained above), either update the lot collection to the most recent one or manually edit the query ID in your lot to a working one query. I am not back from vacation until Saturday, but if you didn't find a solution by that time I can look into it.

There are/were talks about an all-in-one pack for all oppie's canals, but it would also be great if they receive proper dedicated submenus before an official release. Since these take time until that they are good in that thread. However if you want to update them, properly bundle them/organize them into one pack (base set and the expansions) and give them dedicated submenus etc... then go for it, and then a proper STEX entry can be made.
  4. Isn't it possible that you meant to use the Occupant Groups AND the building is W2W: True property together? We made the PIM-X W2W building exemplars that way by default. You have the OG plus the dedicated true W2W property.
  5. Have you tried to add the BTE - W2W occupant groups? BTE - W2W Residential or BTE - W2W general?
  6. Two things. The exemplar is non-compressed, the XML is compressed. The DIR file is only needed if you had at least 1 compressed exemplars/files in the list. If you removed the the XML you need to remove the DIR file too. In theory since there isn't any compressed file left in the list you don't need to reindex and rebuild the dir file, but you can do it. And just after this save the file. Ok, I did not follow the building style development for a while and never that closely, but your residential does not have building style. I don't know what the 0x0000201d ID is for, but last time I heard about it for custom building styles you need the actual dedicated building style property in the exemplar (like the submenu property). Which you don't have. Does the dedicated building style property is still needed @Null 45? So I can imagine that could be a problem. Building and prop exemplar related XML files are useless These days. The only XML which is useful is the model name XML. But that has a different Type ID.
  7. Got a quick SC4 question?... Ask here!

Ah... The reason is that the DAT that contained the models also contained the building exemplar for the growables too. However I would like to point out that I detailed this on the download page and in the readme under the "special note" section. Is there a reason why you did not manage to read it? I don't think I can explain it more clearly... There is a reason for the description and special notes and notes in red. Maybe @Ulisse Wolfis right, we should just stop wasting our time to provide information if people don't bother to read it...

IIRC the models were merged into one or more of the BSC MEGA Props JRJ volumes, but the upload also contains the MMPs which have not been restored yet.
  9. SC4PIM-X 2026

@CasperVg Thank you very much! It's a brilliant tool with all the new assets and features.

Hi! Thanks for catching that one! I restored the attachment, it is available again.

CycleDogg related model stuff are in the BSC Common Dependencies BSC MEGA Props CP - Industrials The JMyers' model stuff are in the BSC MEGA Props JMyers Agricultural vol01 and Vol02. SFBT Weinberge is this one IIRC
  12. Hi there, Thanks Cori to reply to this topic, so I saw that there was a topic like this @Urban Vibravant I did the same with one of Krio's building that he sent me to mod and lot a while ago. Check out the TG Krio Elanto HQ. Ploppable Version: Lot size: 4 x 2 tiles Menu position: Building: Landmark, Building: CO$$$, Building: Subway, Building: Strikeable Transit, Building: MiscTransit Jobs: CO-$$ : 445, CO-$$$ : 312 Demand Created: Jobs $ : 36, Jobs $$ : 16, Jobs $$$ : 0, R-$ : 36, R-$$ : 16, R-$$$ : 0 Passenger Capacity: 38000 Plop cost: § 7474 Bulldoze cost: § 478 Monthly cost: § 50 Max. Fire Stage: 4 Power consumption: 13 MWh/month Water consumption: 148 Gallons/month Air pollution: 1 over 6 tiles Water pollution: 1 over 7 tiles Garbage pollution: 4 over 0 tiles I made the more important part red. The problem is with the Plop with job+transportation lots (subway included), that the plop with jobs part can become abandoned which means the building will decay visually and during my tests I haven't seen it recover. And I saw negative effects on the transportation parts too, due to the building was abandoned. However the Demand Created line is to keep the transportation part alive. I did not bother with a custom UI for this lot, but yeah, it's not that hard. For modding the subway part, you need to use either the new under development PIM-X 2026 (which has inbuilt transportation pre-sets), or use the above linked upload as a template for copying the relevant stuff. Corina marked it well, what you need, you will also need the Catalog Capacity property with a matching value as the transit capacity. For transportation stats modding you should always use/refer to the Transit Switch Entry Costs and Station Capacities guide, which helps you to calculate the correct Transit Switch Capacity (Maxis' 2000 passenger is not right, for a 1x2 subway it would be 26000 passengers) and Transit Switch Entry Cost (that's 0.0095 for Subway - Maxis' 0 is again not right). With the Subway stuff, you also need to add the Building: Subway, Bulding: Strikeable Transit and Building: MiscTransit Occupant Groups - though that might mean, that the lot will show up in two menus (landmark and MiscTransit). For the Demand Created jobs @z1 and I were working out a system that I used then with the NAM stations and all the other stations that I modded since then: $ - capacity/5 (round down) + each tile that the building occupies would give 4 $ on each floor $$ - capacity/50 (round down) + each tile that the building occupies would give 2 $$ on each floor $$$ - after every 125k capacity 1 + free assumption based on the model (quite uncommon) However the subway in all cases adds +4 $ and +1 $$, but a single tile subway would have the same stats too. So subway is a bit of an exception. With the Elanto HQ I used an other logic too, and that was the underground floor busineses. So there was the 4 $ + 1 $$ for the base subway, and then for the 8 tiles (4x2) I added another 32 $ + 15 $$ jobs. There is room for custom values, it's not an exact rule. In your cause the Demand created would be 12 $ + 5 $$ jobs, so the subway station don't get abandoned if the business dies above it. I hope it helps! - Tyberius06

Actually it is a BSC BLS-D66 Whispering Pines Dude Ranch, and it was a LEX DVD content. Which means it might have been on STEX millions of years ago, but it was not re-released on LEX it was only on the DVD... It's gonna be among Barby's stuff when I get there. To be fair I started sorting out the BSC Farms, but then the new SC4PIM-X 2026 (development version is already available on GitHub) distracted me, because we were integrating many-many functions (the whole new modernized TE editor with a bunch of pre-set TE switches for most of the stations types) and needed to work on that one, and after 10 years I finally started revisiting and patching up the Heretic SeaPort Project, which will take some time. I have ideas how to speed up some of the restoration efforts, but the preparation for that one takes some time too.

The JRJ one is restored separately with the JRJ sidewalk mod. The Paeng, SMP and Moonlight will be added to their respective sidewalk mods here on STEX with an update. Or something like that.

Thanks The grain shipping was a CSX-Nexis collaboration, I found a yet newer file in the CSX UpdatePack vol03 which is dated for 17.04.2004, I am pretty sure @CaptCity sent me this version. The Hawkers was last time a LEX DVD file, that's some sort of civic health/reward file. I've attached the LEX DVD version of the Hawkers, and a slightly modernized version of the Grain Shipping here. I don't have documentation for the latter one, but the Hawkers will come to Evermore eventually in way or an other... @CorinaMarie I think that was a different situation, but I don't recall now You guys and gals may add attachments, I don't mind, just try to find the latest version of those and share those if it is possible.
