    Most things in that picture is made with hours, days, maybe even weeks of work in LotEditor. Cars are props, trees, decorations are pros, there is custom made textures for glr which is only for personal use.... etc. Okay thx I'm agree with nearly everything that yarahi said, except one thing. The canal is actually the CAL Stone Canal. For the rest, however, I bet those are props. Thx
