ATTENTION: To anyone that has previously tried to download this file but recieved the 404 download error may now download it as the issue has been resolved. This is my first lot that I have uploaded to the STEX so I hope everyone enjoys it. It has the same stats as a regular large park but it looks a lot better in my opinion. Please comment and rate.
