Does anybody think so too? It reminds me of SCS. Having 10 years to build a game, would it have been that hard to build off of SimCity 4?

Yes, this is exactly what is expected. Does that Plugins folder exist? If so, can you copy files into it? Yes, it exists as I pulled out another mod and put it back in fine. However, it said that the mod was denied until I confirmed I was administrator. Maybe that is blocking it? EDIT: It has installed! Thanks so much for the help z1! Lowering user control and restarting worked! -

What were the exact steps you took to get to this point? I downloaded the most recent NAM from Simtropolis. Then I started the installer in Winrar and after the data unpacked, I picked install everything (I tried doing custom install, etc also). After I clicked that, it said I could not create a directory: http://imageshack.com/photo/my-images/687/directorym.png/ When you run the Custom installation, on the Directory page, what installation path does it show? Can you write into the parent of that directory? This error message implies that you don't have write permission in the NAM directory's parent, which is typically your Plugins folder. Hello everybody, Any help with this issue would be much appreciated! I have recently downloaded Nam version 31.1, and after I downloaded it and got to the installer, I got something along the lines of: "Could not create installation directory". I also tried this after uninstalling the old version of NAM, and same thing. Is there any way to manually create a file? Thanks! -

Well, the canal set is actually a mix from Peg's Ponds and the JS Seawalls v3 (on Stex)... I re-lotted just a couple of basic seawall pieces (I think a curve and a straight) and raised them by about 2 meters, then married them to a couple of pond-pieces... then turned all that into a little set. The rest (all the greenery) is loving, painstaking zen - a.k.a MMP'ing ;-) * There is more info (and a download-pack) on that set here and here - but I must warn you, this is pretty much a simpeg/MTP special (in other words - you should be somewhat familiar with the MTP stuff)... Thanks for the reply! I will definitely be incorporating this beautiful concept into my future city (or at least try to).

Hey everybody, I have recently tried to download the Reliant Stadium BAT () but I have no idea how to get it all into one file. I use Winrar and basically just drag the downloaded files into the Plugin page. Any help will be appreciated very much. Thanks so much! -Jag

Without a doubt, yes. This great community that I have only recently became apart of has brought this game to new heights; something the new Sim City is trying to avoid in order to release a new one in a couple of years.
