Like the idea of a public toilet! I think @mattb325 did one and that's all I can think of, so it's a good idea

Looking great! What kind of church is this inspired by? The type of architecture? Can't think think of much in the UK that looks like so I was just curious where the inspiration comes from.

Hi, what a beautiful rendition!! Love the little gothic townhouse too! I wanted to subscribe to KO-FI, but it only accepts Paypal. I've had problems with Paypal, but hopefully I can sort them out so I can subscribe.

This is so lovely! Looking forward to this. I hate to be "that guy" but would there be any way to include a version without parking for older cities?

I'm going to use your two pictures: Does anyone know the the red brick building in the bottom left of the first pic? And that lovely little subway in the middle of the second pic? Many thanks!

All these shots are great! But these two shots are freakin' awesome! It's like I'm "back on the farm," as they say! (We should never have left, right?) I haven't had any more time to test this mod much the last few months, but it would seem most automata looks great? I keep saying I'm going to sit down and try and come up with a list of content that looks best, maybe I will find the time. Edit: Did you happen to take note of which settings you used for this angle in the two shots I quoted? It's really cool.

Many thanks for taking the time to make that and upload it! I'm using it in combination with an extra radius mod (I feel like if you have a small town, with one school, the farms and homes on the outskirts should have access to it) and your No Kick Out mod, I think that's "it" in terms of actual cheats. I used to try demand mods but I feel you could potentially ruin something in the long run with them, but on a new tile they they can be fun. Thanks!

Thanks for the offer! But I don't think you have to because... Thanks for all those links! And the mod is definitely similar to those, because... That's EXACTLY the thread and mod I was talking about! I mean't to remember to test that mod out and then I forgot... Thanks for finding it because stuff like that drives me mad! But... looking at it now, an x10 increase just seems too much to me? I wanted some wiggle room with the taxes to understand their affect on growth more, but x10 just seems like cheating? I played a round a little, and I noticed I could lower the budget for transport maintenance and building maintenance without that much effect which allowed me a little room with my budget. I'm going to play around and see how much I can lower the budget for every service until sims start to complain.

It wasn't on Devotion, because I saw it within the last year. It may have just been something someone uploaded in a thread. God damn my poor memory! Anyway I just think taxes in the game are a bit limiting, but then I wouldn't want it to be a finance simulation either. I'm not looking exactly to make money, as the Moolah cheat is the safest way to do that anyway, I just wanted to find something that modified the system in an interesting way, but looking through both the mods and cheats sections I couldn't find anything that modified taxes, at least from what I can see. I guess 9-9-9 is kind of a dream scenario realistically anyway. In the UK its currently 20% to 45% income tax depending on the bracket.

Hi! Many thanks for the offer. My memory is so vague with this mod, but I think it increased the money earned from taxes so you could lower the rates. I THINK. lol. I may not even need the mod, I'm just trying to "calculate" which would be the best tax rates for an American town/city, maybe even historically (say turn of the century 1900) because that's what I'm trying to build and I just wanted to get as much realism as possible. And I find the 9-9-9 plan a little boring lol.

I swear there was some sort of mod, cheat, something which changed income in a way in which you could lower taxes to something like 0.5% and still make money? I remember it wasn't like a "money tree" or anything you plopped, but can't remember much else.

Does anyone know of any prop out there that looks like a Victorian seafront shelter? They are usually in most seafronts in the UK, and there used to be a lot more of them than today of course.
