I became dissatisfied with my previous attempt at making a region, so I'm trying to start over..... Here's hoping.

More progress on my test region. One thing I overlooked going into this was my choice of R$/R$$ zoning. I wanted to grow suburbs, but got condos instead! It's a newbie mistake on my part, but now I know what to do diffrently. It was originally meant to be a sorta tripple-layer ring, with higher & higher density going inward. The outskirts would have been all I-A. I can probaly still manage to do it somehow, but one of my cities has some Nimby lots in it. I'll hafta try and just be sure to keep an eye on the desireabilty map-view-graph thing.

I love how this looks! It's very lush and easy on the eyes, with all that green. Great job! -
I know this looks bland, flat, and griddy, but considering my skill level, I'm quite proud of it so far. Atleast I have a plan, even if this is just a test region overall. If ya haven't noticed, it's also abit of a throwback to Wren Weburg's "Maxisland" region, in terms of naming.

Finally getting back into this game after several months. I've been playing it on/off since like 2011, but have never been any good at it, and so, as a result, I have nothing to show for all the 400 Steam-hours I've put into this game. Until now! I've finally started making something I'm more/less satisfied with. It might not be the most aestheticaly-pleasing thing, but I'm having fun with it, and that's what counts..... right? .....As ashamed as I am to admit it, I do prefer using the MHW. I was having traffic problems along this AVE, so I upgraded it to a RD-6. I should probaly add some turn-lanes at that intersection.

It was from this video (kinda hard to see since it's only in 480p) But you're right, I could probaly use the Ninja Boulevard Kiosk instead. I just like this one for some reason. Thank you!

I like you added the rocks & walls, they look quite pretty at close-up! I also like the way you managed to come up with a creative solution for the highway expansion. I can't imagine how much of a headache that must've been to get right, but hey, that's why people play this game-- not to give themselves headaches, but to create pleasing, satisfying cities & transportation networks. Gotta scratch that itch somehow!

Ahh, this came back, awesome!! Really glad to see ya haven't abandoned this project, or backburner'd it into oblivion (like I often tend to do.) I still really love this CJ, and each time somethin' new is added it makes my day. ^^"

Ooh, is that the Santa Fe Super Chief? Here's something I'm trying out. An AVE-4 overpass with OWR-2 to enhance traffic flow. Has this been proven to not work? I never really see anybody use it. Inb4, yes I am a dork for the Grass Lands terrain mod. It looks cartoony, which appeals to me. Also the ingame Maxis bus stops (17K capacity?? Lol, okay!)

Yes, please do release those Job Lot things! I think they would be extremely useful. Josh6, you and your region are such an inspiration for me. Your play style seems plausible, and it motivates me to wanna start playing SC4 again!
