The "Orient Express" will take us safely and ecologically to all nearby and very distant regions, to bring out our sense of community, to improve our sociability, to spread culture, to facilitate inter-regional relations as well to improve work and business. ...All in its exclusive, comfortable, quiet interiors and with its distinctive exteriors! Three train configurations are proposed for the "Orient Express" services, as following: - PULLMAN: this configuration, in a wonderful totally double color blue/white-cream livery, is for highly comfortable daytime travels. Pullman-cars and pullman I class-cars are provided; cruising service-cars are usually available for meetings, meals or just for a drink. - FARAWAY: this configuration, in an understated and elegant single color blue livery, is intended for journeys even to the most remote regions, while having excellent dinners, spending relaxing moments having some drinks, eventually with our fellow travelers, even listening to music playing live in the background. Sleeping-cars are provided; restaurant-cars, salon bar-cars and baggage_generator-cars are available. - CRUISING: this configuration is designed for leisure voyages; pullman-cars, pullman I class-cars (in blue/white-cream livery) and sleeping-cars (blue livery) allow a pleasant stay, and give the opportunity to spend some time in tranquility, maybe looking at the view from the window, and having some rest while reaching the next stage of the cruise. Restaurant-cars, salon bar-cars, cruising service-cars and baggage_generator-cars are available for more comfort, amusement and delight. All passengers-cars have comfortable night-lighting. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- INSTALLATION instructions: This upload comes with a compressed file named "O E Train Set.zip" containing four folders: - O E - Cruising Cars Set; - O E - Faraway Cars Set; - O E - Pullman Cars Set; - O E - Train Engines Set CHOSE ONE of the three configurations proposed (as described in presentation above), PICK UP the correspondent folder and PUT it in your plugins folder. Since every chosen folder contains two more folders, HOLD the folder labeled "Required" and DELETE the files of unwanted additional cars in the "Additional" cars folder. In order to avoid conflicts, only one folder labeled "Required" must be placed in the plugins folder at the same time. The additional cars with different file names can be used all together at the same time. However, to have better results, it is convenient to use only the additional cars proposed for the chosen configuration. The fourth folder contains two passengers engines, the E444R “Tartaruga”, presented in two livery: one replacing the original in-game engine, in a O E stile – livery; the second one being an additional engine, in an original livery. If you wish to run the O. E. train with the engines proposed in this set, then PICK UP the fourth folder, labeled “O E - Train Engines Set” and put it in your plugins folder. In order to avoid conflicts, only one engine that replace the in-game original one must be placed in the plugins folder. Off course, each Mayor, as operator of railway systems in her / his regions, will be able to choose the preferred engines for passengers trains in order to operate the "Orient Express", allowing the regular provision of its services and avoiding to use the in-game original passengers engine due ugly results (see below in credit section). Here it is for this winter a brand new, all-white, Interfrigo freight train to ship perishable vegetables and fruits into those regions of SimCity 4 where it could be difficult to find vitamins... ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ This upload comes with two files: the first one lets run in your freight rail systems a freight train made of Interfrigo box-cars only; the second one is a stand alone Interfrigo box-car, to use in combination with other freight cars, both in custom freight trains and in addition to the in-game original freight train. This upload does not contain any freight engines; so you can use the original in-game freight engines or your custom ones. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ INSTALLATION instructions: - If you wish a freight train composed by Interfrigo box-cars only running around in your rail systems, please download the file named: "BoxCar-Interfrigo_Freight Train Carriage.dat" and put it into your plugins folder. I thought about a winter holidays gift for this great community and here it is for you the TRAM of Milan, the historic "Carrello 1500", known by the citizens of Milan as "Il ventotto", presented in its restored original double color livery yellow-Milan / white-cream. INSTALLATION instructions: - If you wish to have "Il Ventotto" running around in your GLR networks, please download the file named "TRAM ATM Milano-Carrello 1501-Il Ventotto (GLR Replace).dat" and put it into your plugins folder. This first plugin can not be used with other files that change the in-game original El Rail Train. by the other hand - if you wish to have "Il Ventotto" spawned by the SFBT's Tram Museum, please download the file named "TRAM ATM Milano-Carrello 1501-Il Ventotto (X SFBT StraBaMuseum).dat" and substitute the original SFBT's file named "SFBT_StraBaMuseum_UI_Automata.dat" eventually present in your plugins folder.
