In the same vein as the Tree Lined Streets (https://community.simtropolis.com/files/file/28807-tree-lined-streets-low-and-medium-density/), this mod adds a row of trees (and lamp posts) along the University Pedestrian paths.
A few notes;
- I've attempted to make the trees more varied, but I can't make their appearance random.
- The lamps actually work, but only when connected (and near) to a road that carries electricity
