We had are disagreements, but like all relationships they were fun and insightful.. I have dropped off the simtropolis seen, but was drawn back a couple months ago, and found out the sad news.. when I was a active member he gave inspiration and insight, weather it be how to work a program or OS or the finer systems to sim city. He told of his life and I would sometimes think about his life of being what I believe was a habor master.

If you are trying to say that you want a city tile that has water on its border connect with another that has water (shared water) on its border, no you can not... If you just want a fake brigde, to appease your wife.. I have never seen those.

Alot of my cities have been up in the 21's... mostly because I plop a park than fast forward to get the effect quicker, or to get the tiles to grow faster.... I have wondered the same

But you did get the following, right? Yes, But I would like more of a country than San Andres had. I would like the feeling that Skyrim delivered complete abandonment, yet behind a tree or rock is a house, or abandon building, justr out of sight. I would like take a walk up a hill and see nothing on the other side… San Andres had that mountain but it was a mountain… above the “main” city was a little piece of country, with rolling hills I would like to see more of that part of it. .

More than a city, I like to hide out in the woods. No one wanted underwater swimming... I was hoping to swim up some drain pipes and off some of you in multilayer.

Can't wait... most of the highway's and all rail is raised above the ground level... I can always use a plop water for any water ways that are not rendered, Dillon dam is nice little "lake" its the one at the bottom of the picture.... I can see the road and rail line, rail running through the "desert" part and road up a little higher running the dark green land scape.

Can I just say this, through the years on this site and this forum, I've noticed overseas people that live in really poor countries that play Simcity4, and don't feel like a new computer, so if the poorest graphic settings can be like I'm running a machine made a decade or so ago would be nice. I remember with some of the Sims games, I plug it into the computer and it never had enough of this or that, which really sucked... What I am not saying is make a another console game, yea those suck... like someone else said "don't gimp it down"

Did someone say no more 40 foot high brick walls when the terrain is to steep. I would be nice to move over some of these HD props and buildings... May I be the first to say, I am getting sick of building the same fantasy region every time a new Simcity comes out. Newnark Version 5.0?

From what I gather it was so much a case of the classic miss fire, it fired right it was just to powerful; from what the people on the radio said today, it went through the water barrels and bounced off a bank that was there to catch the ball afterwards... and the rest is history. Can't wait till the episode comes on the air... a little amazed it wasn't their first accident. When I heard about this on the radio, I was thinking about the native American tribe in (was in) Alaska that was tied together and shot through there stomachs with cannons... wow... it went off a firing range, through 2 houses and through one side of a van... just amazing.

I went through WV earlier this year and for a main road its more of one long curve going into another long curve and the side roads were pretty much the same as side roads in the mid west smaller version of the high ways. traveling along creeks and rivers. As for a mountain pass besides a high way or a small road traveling along a creek, I have no idea how they would "really" look. I think your pass looks very nice, throw in a water fall and some trees and your good to go.

I seen them trying to sell 3D printers on FBN a couple weeks ago..... in the 90s they were using them to print frog parts (lungs or a heart)... be pretty neat to see where they go with that part of 3D printing.... They, a collage in southern California built there own out of old printers, I always wonder if they get really industrious and make their own or buy one when it comes to fancy machinery, like CNC machines... or in my case a lathe (will I get to make or buy one first.

this tread might be dead, but this bets starting a new one... So for GS is there any special things we have to know... or can we use real world measurements, draw it out like normal or is there special math (*133... can we put color in in GS or are we to wait till we get to Gmax? Also do we use meters in GS or do we use meters (will it matter)? I like GS more I used it before and can get around pretty easy in it, no special # to get the sides to connect just draw from one side to the other, I don't know its just easier at-least right now.

You could ask him from here or use a translator program that is on your browsers, I am pretty sure most have them built in... I am a bigger fan of IE translator than Firefox... and don't use any other browsers
