    I agree. You can do better. The lotting is pretty...not so great...2/5 stars. I suggest using some different parking lot textures as the Maxis are frowned upon(most of the time)

    Most people don't double post on purpose I know I'm probably going to get remarks on saying this from some people(you know who you are!) But, for an all Maxis lot, this actually isn't half bad. I'll give it a 4/5 stars. More of a description tho Will. like, how much pollution it spreads, how much it costs to slop, lot size(looks3x2) does it use any water or power? Add this and it will help you get better ratings.

    He uses the PDF because the files aren't his and he can't list them here. All this team does is rip models off the Google warehouse and slap them in SC4 Bad lotting. Stolen models. Bad stolen models at that. 1/5 stars.

    I agree with Reform. This is highly unrealistic as the trees are in the road and cars would crash into them every time they drove by. 2/5 stars. The trees on the side are ok.. but still not a ideal placement.
