Possible Apartment Plans Here's a number of apartments, That would be lovely to bat for Sim City 4, I have been thinkin it over and over, I have been looking at these buildings for months and for some a few years now. The problem for me will be speed and the render speed, that's something that will beat me down. One Sherman Square Apartments One Sherman Square Apartments was completed in 1972 at 42 stories replacing two old and beautiful buildings, one of them is known as Sherman Square Hotel, the one on the left picture below the One Sherman Square Apartments render. The wing on the left is 2639 Jerome Avenue, and the wing on the left is 2641 Jerome Avenue, both of these wings are actually serarate buildings. -

T Wrecks- I love the height and the shape and the color, that's why I picked it. It was different from most of the buildings I have made. Seraf- Thank you!!! 25 E. 193 Street Here's another update before I add the textures, The only modeling changes are the small windows and add the ac units in the window, but the texture are really soon. NYBT Engine 312 & NYBT Engine 3, Laddder12 Here's an update on the fire stations I have made for the NYBT Civil BAT Unit, Fire Station Pack 1. Anton have being missing and we can not contact him so we will have to keep moving, there is not sense of not finishing and uploading pack of small buildings like these. Vlasky will post his update soon. NYBT Engine 312 Small Station NYBT Engine 3, Laddder12 Large Station The large station will have one of the garage doors open so you can see the fire trucks. At night Vlasky and I have decide that the selected doors will be open in dya and closed at night. Still more work to do on the larger station so we will post another update.- 43 Replies
