3ds Max - Troubleshooting & General Discussion

It;s been a long time sense I asked for help for 3ds max, I have a problem when exporting my model, the problem is not the render process it's the part where 3ds Max has to write the fsh files in the model file. For some reason 3ds Max/ BAT4 Max will not write the fsh files in the model file, leaving the file empty. -
I agree with madhatter106, but overall it's still a perfect building.

Replies before last post Shy Dude- I have thought about doing that on my roofs but not on all of the building it will make sense to do the sloped roofs for the row houses because I think you can see them better. I have thought about making some modern apartment like that, I just need to fin the right one, with the right size. To me the buildings with the brick looks better that the all glass. The all glass apartments should be taller.

This five story apartment was finished in 1955, the architect is Post-War. Barton Paul tile set is New York City. There are four bats/ Building models, each one has different brick color and each model has two wealth types R$ and R$$. This building is a (W2W) wall to wall corner building, this building will fit perfectly on the end of your city block. Barton Paul is a wonderful apartment for your Sims if they do not want to live in a high density area. Enjoy the upload!!
