Original Upload was missing one of he houses models. Please scroll down an download the new file which includes the model. Sorry for the inconvenience. These are 3 house models coming from San Wenceslas Zapopan Jalisco, Mexico, part of the Guadalajara Metropolitan Area. They grow together on a 2x2 lot of R$$. The buildings and the lot are wall-to-wall. I created a new standard for w2w, which I don't think anyone else has done. Each building is 10.666 meters wide so 3 buildings will fit on a 2 square wide lot. This allows for w2w buildings that are wider than 8m, but not quite as wide as 16m. There is also a plopable eye-candy lot. I used a few CP trees on the lot, but not many dependencies. INDUSTRIAL REVOLUTION MOD - WALL-TO-WALL INDUSTRY NYBT ABBT Studebaker Building by SimHoTToDDy 1 - INTRODUCTION/OVERVIEW This huge, iconic factory building from ye goode old times™ marks the 15th and final upload in the third series of IRM W2W lots based on BAT models made by other artists. Once again, I didn't have too much work with this one because the high-quality 3dsmax BATs by the Manhattanville Team were designed to be W2W in the first place, and Studebaker Building was certainly no exception. Besides, the lot didn't leave much space to work with in the first place. I merely tweaked a few stats, assigned the zones, added a few lot options, and a prop here and there. The building will provide 488 I-M jobs for your Sims and, as the screenshots show, will look great among mid-rise development. The lots can be used to form an interesting end cap to a 4-tiles deep W2W block, closing it off to three sides and with two 2-tile deep rows of W2W buildings back-to-back on the last side. As the screenshot shows, there is not much lot design to speak of; the building sits snugly on the lot. As usual, here's the lots breakdown: 4x4 left cap, Stage 2 4x4 right cap, Stage 2 In keeping with the other IRM stuff, the job numbers are intended to be in line with Maxis stuff if you use Toroca's Industrial Jobs Quadrupler. Since you cannot zone large coherent areas with W2W industrial and the lots can be complemented with fillers, the resulting job density will, in fact, be not that excessive. For the same reason, growth stages for IRM W2W are generally kept low. 2 - USE If you extract this archive to your root plugins folder, it should create a folder IRM\IRM W2W Expansion\[NAME OF BAT], where [NAME OF BAT] represents the name of this download item. Within that folder, you will find all the game-relevant files and a sub-folder containing the HTML readme and some screenshot(s). If you no longer wish to use this download, proceed as follows: Bulldoze all lots pertaining to this download Save all the cities and exit the game when you're done bulldozing Remove the associated files from your plugins folder Hint: Just to be sure, I recommend moving the undesired files somewhere else and doing some checks before you delete them permanently. This way, if it turns out you forgot to bulldoze something, you can add it back in temporarily until you're done. 3 - DEPENDENCIES IRM W2W Base Pack Since this is an extension to the IRM, all the dependencies of the original IRM base pack still apply. In addition to this, you'll need the original upload of the BAT to see the building: NYBT ABBT The Studebaker Building. Only the .sc4model files are required. If you want to have the option of blocking the enclosed lots from growing temporarily, for example when you want to go back to regular (i.e., non-W2W) IRM industry for a while, you can use the IRM W2W Expansion Blocker v 3.0 (or higher) from November 22, 2016 (or later). A big shout out to all you guys who went with me on this IRM W2W journey, followed, liked, and downloaded my stuff - it is much appreciated. I know wall-to-wall industry is pretty niche, so this will be the last upload of this category for quite a while. On a more cheerful note, you can brace yourselves for a huge number of good old regular (non-W2W) industry. T Wrecks, June 4, 2017

INDUSTRIAL REVOLUTION MOD - WALL-TO-WALL INDUSTRY Manhattanville Pack 3 by NYBT ABBT 1 - INTRODUCTION/OVERVIEW After another hiatus, I finally gave myself a push and got around to uploading this one. It marks the 14th upload in the third (and probably final) series of IRM W2W lots based on BAT models made by other artists, this time a mix of dirty and manufacturing industry. Once again, I didn't have too much work with this one because the high-quality 3dsmax BATs in this pack, Manhattanville Pack 3 by NYBT / ABBT were designed to be W2W in the first place. I merely tweaked a few stats, assigned the zones, added a few lot options, and a prop here and there. The buildings will provide 36 to 140 I-M jobs for your Sims (for details, see lot breakdown below). Most of them will look best among low-rise development; 641 West 131th Street can even be used to "cross" a 4-tiles deep W2W block because it is long enough to face both the street in front and the one in the back. As the screenshot shows, there is not much lot design to speak of; the buildings mostly sit snugly on the lot with blank walls to all sides not facing a street/road. As usual, here's the list of lots included: 603 West 130th Street (108 I-M jobs): 2x2 straight, Stage 1 641 West 130th Street (140 I-M jobs): 2x4 straight, Stage 1 (2 versions) 524 West 131st Street (112 I-M jobs): 2x2 straight, Stage 1 624 West 131st Street (100 I-M jobs): 2x2 straight, Stage 1 630 West 131st Street (72 I-M jobs): 1x2 straight, Stage 1 3247 Broadway (136 I-M jobs): 2x2 left corner, Stage 1 2x2 right corner, Stage 1 3251 Broadway (128 I-M jobs): 3x2 left corner, Stage 1 2x3 right cap, Stage 1 In keeping with the other IRM stuff, the job numbers are intended to be in line with Maxis stuff if you use Toroca's Industrial Jobs Quadrupler. Since you cannot zone large coherent areas with W2W industrial and the lots can be complemented with fillers, the resulting job density will, in fact, be not that excessive. INDUSTRIAL REVOLUTION MOD - WALL-TO-WALL INDUSTRY Manhattanville Pack 2 by NYBT ABBT 1 - INTRODUCTION/OVERVIEW After another hiatus, I finally gave myself a push and got around to uploading this one. It marks the 13th upload in the third (and probably final) series of IRM W2W lots based on BAT models made by other artists, this time a mix of dirty and manufacturing industry. Once again, I didn't have too much work with this one because the high-quality 3dsmax BATs in this pack, Manhattanville Pack 2 by NYBT / ABBT were designed to be W2W in the first place. I merely tweaked a few stats, assigned the zones, added a few lot options, and a prop here and there. The buildings will provide 72 to 260 I-M jobs for your Sims (for details, see lot breakdown below). Most of them will look best among low-rise development; 609 West 131st Street can even be used to "cross" a 4-tiles deep W2W block because it is long enough to face both the street in front and the one in the back. 3259 Broadway is a bit of the exception here: It is much bigger, will look great in a mid-rise environment (see demo screenshot) and can be used as a kind of "end cap" for a 4-tiles deep W2W block, i.e. it will face all three street sides - front, back, and left/right - and sit neatly wall-to-wall with everything around it. As the screenshot shows, there is not much lot design to speak of; the buildings mostly sit snugly on the lot with blank walls to all sides not facing a street/road. As usual, here's the list of lots included: 605 West 131st Street (72 I-M jobs): 1x2 straight, Stage 1 609 West 131st Street (100 I-M jobs): 1x4 straight, Stage 1 (2 versions) 635 West 131st Street (100 I-M jobs): 2x2 straight, Stage 1 3259 Broadway (260 I-M jobs): 2x4 left cap, Stage 2 2x4 right cap, Stage 2 In keeping with the other IRM stuff, the job numbers are intended to be in line with Maxis stuff if you use Toroca's Industrial Jobs Quadrupler. INDUSTRIAL REVOLUTION MOD - WALL-TO-WALL INDUSTRY Manhattanville Pack 1 by NYBT ABBT 1 - INTRODUCTION/OVERVIEW After another hiatus, I finally gave myself a push and got around to uploading this one. It marks the twelfth upload in the third (and probably final) series of IRM W2W lots based on BAT models made by other artists, this time a mix of dirty and manufacturing industry. Frankly, I didn't have too much work with this one because the high-quality 3dsmax BATs in this pack, Manhattanville Pack 1 by NYBT / ABBT were designed to be W2W in the first place. I merely tweaked a few stats, assigned the zones, added a few lot options, and a prop here and there. The buildings will provide 72 to 144 I-M jobs for your Sims (for details, see lot breakdown below). They will look best among low-rise development. As the screenshot shows, there is not much lot design to speak of; the buildings mostly sit snugly on the lot with blank walls to all sides not facing a street/road. As usual, here's the list of lots included: 640 West 132nd Street (96 I-M jobs): 2x2 straight, Stage 1 2x2 right corner, Stage 1 641 West 131st Street (144 I-M jobs): 3x2 straight, Stage 1 653 West 131st Street (72 I-M jobs): 1x2 straight, Stage 1 2307 Joe DiMaggio Highway (92 I-M jobs): 2x2 left corner, Stage 1 2x2 right corner, Stage 1 2311 Joe DiMaggio Highway (108 I-M jobs): 2x2 left corner, Stage 1 2x2 right corner, Stage 1 In keeping with the other IRM stuff, the job numbers are intended to be in line with Maxis stuff if you use Toroca's Industrial Jobs Quadrupler. INDUSTRIAL REVOLUTION MOD - WALL-TO-WALL INDUSTRY Todd's Packaging Plant by Vlasky 1 - INTRODUCTION/OVERVIEW This is the eleventh upload in the third (and probably final) series of IRM W2W lots based on BAT models made by other artists, this time a mix of dirty and manufacturing industry. My little comeback after a hiatus is a relatively recent and high-quality 3dsmax BAT, Todd's Packaging Plant by Vlasky. The building will provide 240 I-M jobs for your Sims. Since it is basically a single-storey building, it will look best among low-rise development. As the screenshots show, this time there is not much lot design to speak of; the building sits snugly on the lot and can be complemented with mech and anchor type lots growing behind it, or, of course, the ploppable IRM fillers (link see below). As usual, here's the list of lots included: 6x2 left corner, Stage 1 2x6 right corner, Stage 1 In keeping with the other IRM stuff, the job numbers are intended to be in line with Maxis stuff if you use Toroca's Industrial Jobs Quadrupler. INDUSTRIAL REVOLUTION MOD - WALL-TO-WALL INDUSTRY Owosso Beet Sugar Factory by jestarr 1 - INTRODUCTION/OVERVIEW This is the tenth upload in the third (and probably final) series of IRM W2W lots based on BAT models made by other artists, this time a mix of dirty and manufacturing industry. For the tenth upload, I chose a somewhat complex building, Owosso Beet Sugar Factory by jestarr. The building will provide 1400 I-D jobs for your Sims. It's another one that looks good next to mid-rise development, and a special lot in several ways. One reason is that it's not so much a single building, but rather an industrial complex made up of various models. Another specialty is that this opened up some liberties when it came to the lot design. Most IRM W2W lots are rather generic and lackluster because their main purpose is to squeeze the building into a W2W gap as snugly as possible. This time, there were many open spaces and combinations that I could play with. I also ended up network-enabling the lot so that the access roads visually connect to adjacent roads/streets. The building doesn't work as a transit switch in any way; the effect is merely visual. Please note that network-enabled BATs cannot be overgrown by the simulator automatically. This means you'll have to bulldoze manually. I reckon this wouldn't be much of a problem as the lot size is rather unusual and you probably won't see it very often anyway, so there's little risk it will grow out of control. As usual, here's the list of lots included: 5x11 left corner, Stage 3 5x11 right corner, Stage 3 In keeping with the other IRM stuff, the job numbers are intended to be in line with Maxis stuff if you use Toroca's Industrial Jobs Quadrupler. In addition to this, you'll need the original upload of the BAT to see the building: Owosso Beet Sugar Factory (v1.0). Only the .sc4model file is required. This rather special (i.e. less-boring-than-usual) lot, the double upload today, and the tenth upload in total for the third IRM W2W pack is my little year-end present for you - I wish you all a good start into the coming year. INDUSTRIAL REVOLUTION MOD - WALL-TO-WALL INDUSTRY Schwartz Chemical Company by jestarr 1 - INTRODUCTION/OVERVIEW This is the ninth upload in the third (and probably final) series of IRM W2W lots based on BAT models made by other artists, this time a mix of dirty and manufacturing industry. Yet another big building, this is Schwartz Chemical Company by jestarr. The building will provide 1280 I-D jobs for your Sims. Due to its height it would dwarf low-rise development around it. Therefore, I think it looks best in mid-rise areas. The lots included feature this factory as the corner building for a W2W block. The front sits flush with the adjacent buildings, the side ends with a few metres space to the edge of the lot. If you use more W2W buildings there (as shown in the example screenshots), you'll end up with an alley that can serve as access to whatever is inside the block. Otherwise, you could use the building as an interface between a row of residential/commercial lining a roadside and some industry in the back. Anyway, here's the lot breakdown: 4x6 left corner, Stage 3 4x6 right corner, Stage 3 In keeping with the other IRM stuff, the job numbers are intended to be in line with Maxis stuff if you use Toroca's Industrial Jobs Quadrupler. Since you cannot zone large coherent areas with W2W industrial and the lots can be complemented with fillers, the resulting job density will, in fact, be not that excessive. INDUSTRIAL REVOLUTION MOD - WALL-TO-WALL INDUSTRY Tage Brickworks by Tag_One 1 - INTRODUCTION/OVERVIEW This is the eighth upload in the third (and probably final) series of IRM W2W lots based on BAT models made by other artists, this time a mix of dirty and manufacturing industry. This massive building is another dirty industry BAT, Tage Brickworks by Tag_One. The building will provide a whopping 1400 I-D jobs. Since it is so huge, you can use it for mid-rise areas just fine - it might be one of those huge factories that ended up in the city as the city grew. Due to its shape, it is lotted as a building that can form an "end cap" for a 6 tiles deep city block with W2W buildings both in front and in the back. Here's the lot breakdown: 6x6 left cap, Stage 3 6x6 right cap, Stage 3 (2 versions) In keeping with the other IRM stuff, the job numbers are intended to be in line with Maxis stuff if you use Toroca's Industrial Jobs Quadrupler. Since you cannot zone large coherent areas with W2W industrial and the lots can be complemented with fillers, the resulting job density will, in fact, be not that excessive. INDUSTRIAL REVOLUTION MOD - WALL-TO-WALL INDUSTRY Vester Acetone by Tag_One 1 - INTRODUCTION/OVERVIEW This is the seventh upload in the third (and probably final) series of IRM W2W lots based on BAT models made by other artists, this time a mix of dirty and manufacturing industry. This is another dirty industry BAT, Vester Acetone by Tag_One. The building will provide 260 I-D jobs. It's one of the rather rare cases where a dirty industry building looks rather modern. Even though the building is pretty tall in some places, its W2W part is not. This is why it still probably looks best in conjunction with low-rise rowhouses. Here's the lot breakdown: 4x3 straight, Stage 1 4x4 right corner, Stage 1 In keeping with the other IRM stuff, the job numbers are intended to be in line with Maxis stuff if you use Toroca's Industrial Jobs Quadrupler. Since you cannot zone large coherent areas with W2W industrial and the lots can be complemented with fillers, the resulting job density will, in fact, be not that excessive. We go back to dirty industry with this one, Expagra by Tag_One. The building will provide 340 I-D jobs. Due to its height, it looks good in conjunction with small 1x2 rowhouses, but also with slightly taller buildings, as depicted in the example screenshots. Here's the lot breakdown: 3x6 right corner, Stage 1 6x3 left corner, Stage 1 In keeping with the other IRM stuff, the job numbers are intended to be in line with Maxis stuff if you use Toroca's Industrial Jobs Quadrupler. This time it's an entire BAT package rather than a single building - SG Industry Pack 02 by Simgoober. The job breakdown for the buildings included in this package is as follows: Eagle Electrical: 80 I-M jobs Franklin Furs: 108 I-M jobs Goober's Go Go Golfcarts: 80 I-M jobs Hamilton Hose: 92 I-M jobs Since these BATs are pretty small, they probably look best in low-rise W2W environments. A variety of lots is included, here's the list: Eagle Electrical: 2x2 left corner, Stage 1 2x2 right corner, Stage 1 Franklin Furs: 3x2 left corner, Stage 1 3x2 right corner, Stage 1 Goober's Go Go Golfcarts: 3x3 left corner, Stage 1 3x3 right corner, Stage 1 3x3 straight, Stage 1 (2 versions) Hamilton Hose: 2x2 left corner, Stage 1 2x2 right corner, Stage 1 In keeping with the other IRM stuff, the job numbers are intended to be in line with Maxis stuff if you use Toroca's Industrial Jobs Quadrupler. This time around I dug out a more obscure little BAT that may not be part of practically everybody's plugin suite yet - DDT & Sons by Odd_from_Sweden. The building will provide 76 I-M jobs. The shape makes it ideal to fill small, 1-tile gaps in existing W2W development. As you can see in the screenshots, it exists in 3 different design variants that will appear randomly (I turned them into a building family). The following lots are included: 1x2 straight, Stage 1 (2 lots) 1x3 straight, Stage 1 (2 lots) In keeping with the other IRM stuff, the job numbers are intended to be in line with Maxis stuff if you use Toroca's Industrial Jobs Quadrupler. About This File INDUSTRIAL REVOLUTION MOD - WALL-TO-WALL INDUSTRY Selby Shoes by Mattb325 1 - INTRODUCTION/OVERVIEW This is the third upload in the third (and probably final) series of IRM W2W lots based on BAT models made by other artists, this time a mix of dirty and manufacturing industry. A more recent BAT for a change, this is Selby Shoes by MattB325. The building will provide 224 I-M jobs. Due to its footprint, the factory lends itself to the configuration I already chose for an earlier upload, jestarr's E-Z Polish factory: pushed to one side of the lot, with an alley on the opposite side. This alley can also serve as an access to the industrial compound that you may wish to build behind the row of houses using mech and out lots. The following lots are included: 4x3 straight, Stage 1 (2 lots, with alley on left/right side) In keeping with the other IRM stuff, the job numbers are intended to be in line with Maxis stuff if you use Toroca's Industrial Jobs Quadrupler. Since you cannot zone large coherent areas with W2W industrial and the lots can be complemented with fillers, the resulting job density will, in fact, be not that excessive. INDUSTRIAL REVOLUTION MOD - WALL-TO-WALL INDUSTRY BSP Standard Forge Company by SimHoTToDDy 1 - INTRODUCTION/OVERVIEW This is the second upload in the third (and probably final) series of IRM W2W lots based on BAT models made by other artists, this time a mix of dirty and manufacturing industry. We continue with more BSP stuff, namely BSP Standard Forge Company by SimHoTToDDy. The building will provide 240 I-D jobs. Since it is basically a snug fit towards all sides, I decided to offer some simple, tight-wrapping lot so you can use filler lots or let mech/anchor lots develop behind the building. However, I also thought the building would look nice with a somewhat bigger lot and some more space to "breathe", so a correspondingly designed lot is inlcuded as well. In total you'll get the following lots: 2x5 right corner, Stage 1 (screenshot 1) 5x2 left corner, Stage 1 (screenshot 2) 4x5 right corner, Stage 1 (screenshots 3 & 4) In keeping with the other IRM stuff, the job numbers are intended to be in line with Maxis stuff if you use Toroca's Industrial Jobs Quadrupler. Let's kick this off with some more BSP stuff, namely BSP Aluminum Architectural Metal Company (AAMC) by SimHoTToDDy. The building will provide 80 I-D jobs. Since it is basically a snug fit towards all sides, I decided to leave it on a very simple, tight-wrapping lot so you can use filler lots or let mech/anchor lots develop behind the building. You can slo integrate it into tight W2W areas with house rows situated back to back. Since the building looks pretty similar front and back, you might not even have noticed it on the screenshots, but I actually flipped the building for some more variety. Hence, the two following lots are included: 1x2 straight, stage 1 (2 lots) In keeping with the other IRM stuff, the job numbers are intended to be in line with Maxis stuff if you use Toroca's Industrial Jobs Quadrupler. In addition to this, you'll need the original upload of the BAT to see the building: BSP Aluminum Architectural Metal Company. Only the .sc4model file is required. This upload, Ritter's Rubber Shoe Factory by jestarr, is a larger-than-usual lot because the building is so long. The lots will provide 356 I-M jobs. Here's the lot breakdown: 3x8 left corner, stage 2 3x8 right corner, stage 2 In keeping with the other IRM stuff, the job numbers are intended to be in line with Maxis stuff if you use Toroca's Industrial Jobs Quadrupler. INDUSTRIAL REVOLUTION MOD - WALL-TO-WALL INDUSTRY E-Z Polish Factory by jestarr 1 - INTRODUCTION/OVERVIEW This is the 19th upload in a second series of IRM W2W lots based on BAT models made by other artists, this time manufacturing industry. For this upload, E-Z Polish Factory by jestarr, we return to regular single-building lots. The specialty this time is that the lot is visually transit-enabled. This means that it will connect to the road in front (see screenshot No.4) and you will see cars enter and leave the lot, but it doesn't have any actual transit switch function. Since the building is pretty tall, it probably looks best in combination with mid-rise apartment blocks such as the ones by NYBT's Aaron Graham, some creations by marcszar and TagOne, and the old (but still very good!) gmax BATs by Don Miguel - all of which I can only recommend to anyone who's into that style, by the way. The lots will provide 360 I-M jobs. Here's the lot breakdown: 5x4 straight, stage 2 (2 versions with alley on left/right side) In keeping with the other IRM stuff, the job numbers are intended to be in line with Maxis stuff if you use Toroca's Industrial Jobs Quadrupler. Since you cannot zone large coherent areas with W2W industrial and the lots can be complemented with fillers, the resulting job density will, in fact, be not that excessive. INDUSTRIAL REVOLUTION MOD - WALL-TO-WALL INDUSTRY Belkin's Bobbin Factory by jestarr 1 - INTRODUCTION/OVERVIEW This is the 15th upload in a second series of IRM W2W lots based on BAT models made by other artists, this time manufacturing industry. It's the second one that I found to be suitable for a double version, Belkin's Bobbin Factory, another oldie by jestarr. . Just like the previous upload, this one comes in two different versions, one with a single building and one with two buildings right next to another. The original version of the building will provide 128 I-M jobs, the double version 256 I-M jobs (surprise!). Both versions can be used to form an end cap to W2W blocks with a depth of 4 tiles, i.e. two rows of 1x2 residential buildings standing back to back. INDUSTRIAL REVOLUTION MOD - WALL-TO-WALL INDUSTRY Holzman Postcard Factory by jestarr 1 - INTRODUCTION/OVERVIEW This is the 13th upload in a second series of IRM W2W lots based on BAT models made by other artists, this time manufacturing industry. Just like this large building, Holzman Postcard Factory, the next few uploads will be stuff by jestarr once again. The building will provide 304 I-M jobs. It has a large footprint, but is rather low. Therefore, it can look good among lower rowhouses, for example in the more suburban areas. It will finish a 7 tiles deep W2W block towards 3 sides, forming an "end cap". The following lots are included: 3x7 left cap, Stage 13x7 right cap, Stage 1In keeping with the other IRM stuff, the job numbers are intended to be in line with Maxis stuff if you use Toroca's Industrial Jobs Quadrupler. Since you cannot zone large coherent areas with W2W industrial and the lots can be complemented with fillers, the resulting job density will, in fact, be not that excessive.
