    @SlashFan2000 This occurs with lots that have a transparent base texture. It happens whenever I or go into underground mode for whatever reason. The only way I know to temporarily fix it is to select the Zones data view and turn it off again.

    There's plenty of plain grass soccer fields around here, mostly for younger leagues and simple recreation. This will add some realism to even my larger cities. Anyone else experiencing the base texture problem should select the "Zones" data view and switch it off again. I have other lots with transparent base textures that do this, and it's not really a big deal unless I'm taking screenshots.

    Yeah, this is all beautiful material. It might've been better if Maxis had a smaller medium-sized police station, but these lots will get some extensive use regardless.
