See of the Anglican Archbishop of your city's Archdiocese, The Cathedral of St. George is a house of prayer for all people. There are chapels for Buddhists, Christians, Jews, Muslims, Pagans, Wiccans and many other religious traditions. There is an interfaith meditation and service on Saturdays which incorporate the customs of many religious traditions. There is a cemetary where past mayors have been laid to rest. This is my very first lot...thanks to The Holy Shmails Cathedral for their inspiration. Lot is 8x12, Landmark and Park effect. Let me know what you think. -

Now 2 Versions, One provides 25,000 jobs and the other provides 9,000 jobs, it also improves air pollution. Make your city an international one with this International boulevard plaza. Here's the breakdown: 20 International Flags in 4 1x1 tile plazas or 2 2x1 plazas. The 1x1 plazas are marked A-D, the 2x1 plazas are marked 2A & 2B. The International Center plaza is for your crossings. Increased park effect and also cleans the air in the vicinity. This facility is open around the clock, so it provides 20,000 manufacturing jobs. If you wish to have a facility that is only open for 8 hours a day, it only provides 5,000 jobs. Enjoy!!! -

Well here it is...the commercial districts are using so much paper, a paper empire had to be built. This paper company provides 3000 Dirty Industry jobs...why so many jobs? Well because of the paper needs, this lot runs 24/7...so there are many shifts. UPDATED: It now produces pollution per many of your requests. Hope you like it! -

REVISED...The trees are now more random than before (not checkerboard). PLEASE READ CAREFULLY BEFORE YOU POST YOUR COMMENTS! What is THIA? That stands for TREE HUGGERS INCENTIVE ACT. Sim Nation has finally granted the request for those sim cities that plant trees to get a great incentive. The more you plant, the more money you make. Not only that, it greatly reduces pollution and improves desirablity. Hint: plant several plots of forest in the beginning and you will really have alot of money quick. Here it is...a plaza dedicated to the SimCity Royal Symphony Orchestra. There is a statue of the founder of the Royal Symphony and a tribute to all conductors: past, present and future. Though the symphony only performs during the summer months, the plaza is a great place to walk and enjoy the gardens and fountains. PS - Thanks to Pegasus for his fountain texture. -
