What is THIA? That stands for TREE HUGGERS INCENTIVE ACT. Sim Nation has finally granted the request for those sim cities that plant trees to get a great incentive. The more you plant, the more money you make. Not only that, it greatly reduces pollution and improves desirablity. Hint: plant several plots of forest in the beginning and you will really have alot of money quick.
Each Lot Costs $5 to Plop and here's what Sim Nation gives you per month for each lot:
1x1 THIA Forest Lot - $100
2x1 THIA Forest Lot - $200
2x2 THIA Forest Lot - $500
