Now 2 Versions, One provides 25,000 jobs and the other provides 9,000 jobs, it also improves air pollution. Also modified it to be Wealth Level $$$, which works better, since high-tech industries are high wealth.

For this lot you need the Euro Prop Plugin dat file by RaphaelNinja, I've included it in the zip file, be sure to put it in your PLUGINS folder.
