    You guys are TOTALLY missing the point...I don't think anyone else has given it money that you MAKE...please READ it will MAKE you the money for each lot you plop, it ONLY costs $5.

    Actually it looks pretty nice in my cities I think...you don't have to download it if you don't like it, I was just trying to share with everyone. I decided this would be a nice way to make money without using ARTMONEY or some other cheat program. SO if you don't like it then DON'T download it.

    REVISED...The trees are now more random than before (not checkerboard). PLEASE READ CAREFULLY BEFORE YOU POST YOUR COMMENTS! What is THIA? That stands for TREE HUGGERS INCENTIVE ACT. Sim Nation has finally granted the request for those sim cities that plant trees to get a great incentive. The more you plant, the more money you make. Not only that, it greatly reduces pollution and improves desirablity. Hint: plant several plots of forest in the beginning and you will really have alot of money quick. Each Lot Costs $5 to Plop and here's what Sim Nation gives you per month for each lot: 1x1 THIA Forest Lot - $100 2x1 THIA Forest Lot - $200 2x2 THIA Forest Lot - $500 Thank you for all of your comments...I have revised these lots so they look more natural...hope you like it!

    This is the NATIONSBANK TOWER in Atlanta on Piedmont Avenue and Peachtree...SOOOOOO COOL...I'm from Atlanta and have been waiting for one of the newer skyscrapers...keep up the work. By the way, this is probably my favorite Atlanta building now and is the tallest there.

    I tried unsuccessfully to add a really cool sound effect, but I couldn't get it to work...the ILive Reader kept crashing. If anyone knows how to do this, please email me at dc6470@yahoo.com...for now, I used the cemetery sound effect which is the ghost sounds.

    Here it is...a plaza dedicated to the SimCity Royal Symphony Orchestra. There is a statue of the founder of the Royal Symphony and a tribute to all conductors: past, present and future. Though the symphony only performs during the summer months, the plaza is a great place to walk and enjoy the gardens and fountains. PS - Thanks to Pegasus for his fountain texture.
