SHANGHAI: Century Metropolis (Under construction) Huge hotel under construction at Century Avenue in central Pudong. The two taller buildings are expected to be 200m tall and 45 floors each. Shimao Riviera Garden (Under construction) The biggest residential project in Shanghai. The tallest tower released by the moment 170m tall and 55 floors. There are 7 towers planned in total: 1x55 floors, 2x53 and 3x45. The seventh tower is expected to reach 60 floors. Some towers have been finished already.
