Originally intended to match the Ellias One Tower, these two were built quite a bit later and house such nefarious entities such as: IOMN (It's Our Money Now) Financial Firm, Telannoy LLC (A telemarketing firm), and Elasticheck Int'l (a money-laundering firm and payroll service for small 'semi-legitimate' companies.
The Towers provide up to 3000 CO$$ jobs or 2500 CO$$$ jobs.

Also, The iLive Reader says this has the NAM (Network Add-on Modd) as a dependency. I don't know how that is, but in case you get brown boxes or something, its safe to assume that's because you don't have the netwrok add-on modd and need to have it for some of the props to work.
And no, the parking inbetween the towers at the bottom is not the whole entire parking space for the towers, it is an extension of metered street parking which would be owned by the city for downtown shoppers. So please don't post something about how the parking at the bottom is unrealistic. I still have yet to make the parking structure for the entire set.
