That can have various reasons, but the most common reasons are:

Part of this mod is a terrain mod. Since terrain mods aren't compatible with each other, find out if you have installed an interfering terrain mod.

This is a rather old mod, and it seems to only override Maxis and MTP textures. Most other content seems to be unaffected, even very common content, such as the BSC textures. Thus, the snow mod can't kick in if you are using a lot of custom content; this may result in the snow textures only being visible on blank terrain, nowhere else. I can't just tell you how to fix this, you literally need to check every single dependency, in the worst case, every single file, in your Plugins folder if it contains grass or whichever textures that you want to be replaced by snow, and then create your own snow texture overriding the custom content you've installed.

APTX's works were compiled onto the hide-inoki site. See if this link will work. APTX

Not sure if the ones you specifically mentioned will be there, but it might be worth checking.

Because the links from 2006 points to the homepage of APTX which has been long since shut down.

They haven't been released yet. Well, C.P ( @CycleDogg) wasn't really active in this year, actually since May 2019, so who knows when he will return to release those and others of his creations.

First I like to wish everyone a good  and healthy year ! I now have re adjust to a life while my dad passed away yesterday the  1st day in this year. As a autist my contact and general wasn´t very intesive for the last 10 years, but it still your dad. Now what I  am looking for is this youtube video showcased skyscrapers wich maybe gone forever or someone may recognize them !

 

Quality of texturing maybe little low still there nice as variation on the sleak skyscrapers we have today !

Hope anyone will recognize one or two,

Thanks for the heads up.

Researching this and based on the description, it seems to suggest the BSC MEGA Props CARCH Vol. 1 is the correct prop pack which supersedes the older one. I've gone ahead and updated that link and the others on the older file. The other links did redirect fine from the old URL format, but I then found a handful of them were no longer needed due to being older iterations. So the overall dependency list is now correct and simplified from 6 to just 3 deps needed in total.

Additionally I added a server side redirect for the older FountainProps01 URLs, so any other links around the site will now redirect to the LEX file accordingly.

I did notice this error message show when visiting this file, and also other LEX files also:

Error: Unable to connect to MySQL. Debugging errno: 2002 Debugging error: Connection refused

But refreshing a few minutes later and it displays fine, so maybe an intermittent site issue is happening on the SC4Devotion LEX presently. If this continues, we could @ mention Tarkus inside this main thread so he'll be aware of this in case he's not already.

The presence of MySQL, Debugging and a Connection Refused means that this is unlikely to be anything to do with SC4D itself but more likely the hosting server. Its probably clean out day.
