This set, like my R$$$ Lots set help vary the lot sizes that your commercial will appear on. Maxis never made any growable Skyscrapers for 3x6, 3x5 4x5, 5x5, 5x4,4x6, 6x4 6x5, 5x6, and 6x6 lots. This set will give off a little more variety and plus, it help prevent drive ins and other undesirable building to build in your thriving downtown ------------------------------------------------------------------------ 25 different lots.
