Usually the leaves are part of the autumn version of a given tree, so if you want fallen leafs for trees, use a tree that has them. By and large that includes most if not all of Girafe's flora, Porkie's street trees and many of CP's trees. I don't think I've ever seen these leafs as separated props though. If you are looking to place them without trees, then I'd go with T Wrecks suggestion, either Chris Adam's MMPs or PEGs 7-in-1 Terrain kit should contain something you can use.

Everyone above certainly has given great suggestions, but actually, such props DO existNeko Props Set 01 (part1) (part2). They are called "fallen leaf," but there are also three prop families I would recommend using instead: 0xDEED0017, 0xDEED0018, and 0xDEED0030.

Can't really make out details on the other building, but i would guess one of Goobers small commercial buildings

Here's a simple MMP I made for own use - it's seasonal obviously so you need a proper terrain mod or the seaonal flora patch. Also note at the time I made it - years ago - I did not have a MMP IID range yet so it might possibly conflict with another MMP. Even though I use an extensive set of MMPs and never ran into trouble, it remains a possibility. :read:

I"m looking for the Aozora Bank Building right here- chances are it's a building by Art128 that might be not released yet or that will not be released.

Building was created by Vester (Vester_DK on ST I think) and is not released yet. I had it for testing purpose. As you can probably see it's a bit blurred and would need re-rendering with the correct render engine in 3dsmax.  Don't count on it anytime soon though as Vester is quite busy.

I know we had a lively exchange a few months back on this subject , but I can't remember the outcome --

Has anyone run across a modular set of plop parking lots for urban areas -- you know, outside the courthouse or surrounding the Chase Manhattan Bank in the uptown area??  Preferably something that does NOT require road access.

@Dreadnought There use to be some here on the STEX , but they seem to have vanished . They were created with lot editor I believe . Oh , check this out .I use these all the time . https://community.simtropolis.com/files/file/1970-commercial-walkway/ They have park effect and give you income . Hope this helps you out .

I would recommend the SFBT ones: nice, simple, yet modular and seamless with the context, a very realistic approach for the roadside. To make bigger parking lots, I normally use the SAM 1, which is the most flexible option available.

This is more of a problem where I downloaded a building from the STEX but I can't find it in the game.

I downloaded 220 Central Park South by Parisan and the only file that I got from the download was this one: _Central_Park_South.rar

I put it in my plugins folder but I can't find it anywhere in the game, I even used extra cheats to try to find it.  Do I need a different file to be able to have the building in the game. I have some other rar files as well and I can't find those buildings either.

This is more of a problem where I downloaded a building from the STEX but I can't find it in the game.

I downloaded 220 Central Park South by Parisan and the only file that I got from the download was this one: _Central_Park_South.rar

I put it in my plugins folder but I can't find it anywhere in the game, I even used extra cheats to try to find it.  Do I need a different file to be able to have the building in the game. I have some other rar files as well and I can't find those buildings either.

If they are going into your plugins still in the *.rar form, then you have not uncompressed the download and extracted the needed plugin files, as RAR is actually an archive compression format like ZIP.  Many compression utility programs such as WinRAR, WinZip, PowerArchiver, 7-Zip, and PKZIP will open and extract RAR archives.

Because Japanese BATs are also popular, some of us may also come across downloads in the *.lzh form on Japanese websites, as LZH compression was more common in Japan.  LZH archives can also be opened and extracted with WinZip, WinRAR, PowerArchiver, 7-Zip, and PKZIP.

@ f3cs: sorry, but I don't think you can.. if I'm not mistaken the textures are baked into the model.

You would need the original model files to change that

Depends on the station, most of the GLR stations I've seen are just textures. You can therefore simply re-lot them, but you will need to have a lot texture to change them to. Depends on the station, most of the GLR stations I've seen are just textures. You can therefore simply re-lot them, but you will need to have a lot texture to change them to. The network textures used in-game can not be used on lots. It's pretty simply to make one though, which GLR mod are you using?

I'm using that texture (in the left, with the train), it's the "Rural GLR" that comes with NAM 32. Rural.thumb.jpg.f04d1571f191d7c5eaf2287e

I'm using that because it looks more realistic than the white onessize_590_metro-rio-de-janeiro.thumb.jpg.

To my knowledge those don't exist within the NAM. I've attached a dat with the ortho and diag textures for the LE to this post.

Good question, it should be part of a package "CSK 2 Functional Small Port", at least that's the name of the zip file. Having quickly scoured the PLEX on the STEX section, I couldn't find this amongst everything. I'll make a request on the appropriate thread, it should be possible to upload this if it's indeed missing.

I redid my plugins folder from scratch but I'm missing two things that I can't find.

This is the maxis highway with asphalt textures. I installed the NAM and put on asphalt textures but there was concrete barriers on the side so I downloaded  the ground highway restyling mod and the asphalt NAM fix but I don't see any texture on the shoulder of the highway. I don't know what I'm missing.

Also I looking for a tree lot set. I know it's located in the parks menu beside SimGoober's community pools. The lots are 1x1 and 2x2 and come in deciduous trees and conifer trees.

They're these lots here by the highway.

I don't know if I'm asserting the problem, but the ground highway restyling mod indeed eliminates the barriers. I think this is how it has to work.
