What about a Ghostbusters billboard? The firehouse is available as a mod.

I have a lot of scary movie themed ones, like that, Scream, etc. Not a full list yet since I'm still in the planning process of things due to the shopping center taking priority.

today's spooky project

The second one is based on the Hell Is Real billboard on Interstate 71 in between Cinci and Columbus. I saw it made for CS and was like, I need one for SC4 as well. Those evangelical billboards are all over rural areas of the countryside in the US.

I'm excited for more of your billboards! They are in all of my cities. :)

Haha, now I know I wasn't the only one struggling with Munich!

I had originally rotated a gargantuan Munich map 3.07° clockwise to align the SimCity grid to the grand axis of the Nymphenburg Palace and compressed to the lake surface elevation of the Chiemsee like so:

This was a truly amazing post! *:D

Just a tiny little small 6x6 project I'm working on, nothing major, definitely isn't like 4x bigger than anything else I've ever worked on or anything...

Just a draft quality preview since even low quality takes like 45 seconds to render, speaking of which hopefully the final project DOES render since there is still a fair amount to add...

Hopefully this one will be released in the next week or two...

Bingo, I was curious if someone would recognize it without the sign, it is indeed Montgomery Park in Northwest Portland.

BTW, does anyone know what font that sign uses...

Impressive building, nice work. Bigger buildings are kind of a pain especially when you never worked on something this big before. Do you plan to make it the refurbished office building or the original warehouse ?

This will be based off of the older warehouse design when it was originally a Montgomery Ward catalogue warehouse, as I like the vintage design way more than the current one with the glass atrium in the back of the building.

Wait @Krisman what's the deal with those tunnel portals? How did you so ever slightly offset them?
