The long debate about the coal-fired power plant project is over. I, as the owner of this magazine, decided everything. A station will be built on Santana Island from Mike (aka OP4, Onlyplace4, BLaM GROUP ) here.
He left us too early.

Eternal memory!

Are the small houses behind the factory available somewhere?  If so, if someone can provide the link I would appreciate it.  Thank you!

Some parts are not quite done yet, so I'll just put these here for now.

Made a showcase for anyone who wants to see this area in motion, here:

Brancra, thank you for posting that link!    Are they actually available for download and, if so, how can I download them as it's not allowing that option, unless I'm missing something.  Your thoughts/guidance would be appreciated.  Thanks!

It means the houses are part of the base SC4 game.

If you want to plop them, you could use the BuildingPlop Cheat.

The website @brancra quoted is the SimCity 4 Building Index by @Komodo. It is a list of all buildings that are already part of the game, so there are no downloads. You can use it e.g. to find the name of the building you want to plop, in this case "Small Duplex". Note, that there are several buildings of that name:

My apologies --

Just a bit "off-topic" -- but ......

Has anyone heard from "Odainsaker" - ??

In Italy, for thirty years under the Borgias, they had warfare, terror, murder, and bloodshed.  But they produced Michael Angelo, Leonardo Da Vinci, and The Renaissance.

In Switzerland, they had brotherly love and five hundred years of peace.  And what did that produce?

The cuckoo clock !

(Harry Lime to Holly Martins...Graham Greene's THE THIRD MAN...1949)

@art128 @Honolulu Beautiful lots!

I haven't been to 3DWarehouse for several years, but I remember there were several good-quality boats, albeit without textures (actually, the only significant texture is the wood texture *:D).

Yep, I have approximately 130 low-poly yachts/boats (I was able to recover the files yesterday; I thought I'd lost them). I'll most likely export some in the coming months.

My yachts:

Btw: It's very likely that I have a crane like the one in the photo you showed me, and as for the yacht crane, I only have this small one *:thumb:

The yachts looks really good.

Would it be hard to isolate the brownish building as a standalone release?
