Oh wooow. This building looks really nicely done. I think easily this is the best work of yours, that I've seen so far. Well done!

Hi everybody,

While many people are so excited about the new DLL developments thanks to @memo and @Null 45, I was doing some side projects and was hit by a bit heavier RL commitments than I expected. So in the past few days/weeks there were few updates and new releases from me mostly on the behalf of other members. 

The NAM Team got a request about GLR stations with subway access, but until we sort things out for the next release which probably will bring some updates on the NAM releated station sets following a series of modding improvements in the past few years thanks to @z1, I thought I could take a break from the LEX restoration and come up with a simple GLR station (or two):

A few months ago @Ulisse Wolf diverted my attention to PIM-X related support questions on Reddit from @Krio. Long story short I offered my help regarding some transportation lot modding and he sent me a model to make the lotting and modding based on his drafts. It was a nice project to work on, here is the result: 

A few years ago, while I was working on Project ZIP for LEX, I found a big chunk of unreleased files which were meant to be released on LEX. Many of these files got held up during the infamous scrutineering process and got forgotten about them for good, until I found them and started poking around them. I found two of @Gn_leugim's unreleased uploads and managed to salvage them and after he agreed, now they got released on STEX:

Lastly. Because it did not show up among the updated files I leave it here, based on a report @sander97's first two uploads got updated fixing said reported issue. If you had these uploads please remove the old ones and install the new updated versions.

 

There are some slow developments on the SimCity Polska Restoration as well, though my main focus will be on finalizing the NAM/MTA station updates (including the new Submenu developments) and still working on the SimGoober files for the next SC4D LEX Legacy pack (which also includes the submenu developments)...
