Just released a new and improved version of my map of Bangkok, thanks to @Odainsaker for guiding me thru various mapping techniques that made this possible.  More locales coming soon.

The problem with trying to finish projects like this, they just keep adding stuff...

But the good news is that this wasn't too difficult to implement, now just the T21's are needed and RHW-12S will be supported when the new standalone BTM mod is finished. Hopefully I can finish the last bits of this before someone makes something new that supports monorail crossings .

Starting a new city 

The inspiration for this city was the town of Imatra, Finland, but it will not be a recreation. I'm planning on doing it a bit larger than the original, something like 50k or 60k inhabitants, with some industries, farmlands and low-wealth suburbs in the left side/entrance of the town and the city "downtown" and more developed neighbourhoods at the other edge of the river 

Also, my first time doing something a bit more complicated with RHW (yes, that very simple interchange was a headache to me lol)

Masters Project Update 09 !

Been a while I updated this region. Some private matters to endure. Project except zone C1 Harbour & Heavy industry about complete ! This and another update soon following as I think this be more appropiate. For this updat we have a look at a back laid area of zone A1. A river with several industries wood, coal, iron and agricluture around !

Further updates today to Moonlights Shinkansen Mod, for much more on this see this post in the NAM Forum.

I added support today for the Single Barrier type medians, since it only required four altered models. I've also added a bunch of T21s to the C-Networks, including the pillars on the median pieces, which I think make the crossings look a lot better, especially some of the very large/wide ones.

Finally the forest/park is finished.
It's a relaxing place for Sims from all over the area, and in addition to hiking trails, playgrounds, and a viewpoint, there are also many animals to be found here, such as foxes, deer, roe deer, etc.

Can't remember if I showed the FTL pieces for the BTM or not, but there is an Easter egg or two to be found here:

First up are the Catenaries, it's probably not a well known or advertised feature, but by default ML included full support for them. However, it requires two external files which were never really properly noted (with the NAM version of the Mod at least). Of course, on discovering this, I wanted to ensure all the new features would work with it, since it's one of the most comprehensive such T21 mods I've seen, that's before you consider the fences. Totally of course, by the time I had realised this, it means going back and re-creating hundreds of T21s where these props were not included or have become incorrectly positioned/rotated - it will delay the intended release a little to fix it up.

Second, it may look like I've modified the NAM textures to add sidewalks onto these pieces, but actually that's not why they appear. Instead what I've done is make them Automagically© sidewalk adaptable, so no overrides needed for them to look right. It was mostly a test since these were relatively simple to convert, the one drawback is they always appear regardless of zoning.

Masters Project Update 10 !

Last update before the summer, I decided to have a break for this projec till september. Some more sunny, like my Cataluna region to come in the coming summer months. Most of the region developed, the second stage arrived toe enhance or redo somethings, but that for later. Today I show you progress on zone C3 The Island zone in the upright corner of the region. this area is designated a recreatinal area. Aquatic enviroment promots any way to explore these commercialy or recreational. Some elements of our masters are there but the focus as with last is on the different  uses of the enviroment. Fishing, yacht sailing and cruise terminal . Let´s have a look this time top to bottom as last was reversed !

Very much business oriantated island area with the mall, conference and airport, only demanded afther a while !

More rural with a Airforce and army base. Mainland includes a large one piece fishing harbour !

I had a piece of boulevard with a tram down the middle and I decided, for sh*ts and giggles, to turn it into a cut-and-cover subway section using the FLUP.

It has gone… not as bad as it could? The trams are still running under, but I really thought the Ninja Kiosks would work as a proximity station and they do not work as such for GLR. I've searched in here and SC4Devotion for an alternative GLR station, but they're all run-through and I really need a proximity station. So I'm looking for that and, if I don't find it, I'll have to reverse the job and put the original, on-level stations as before. I don't really have the need or the want for an express line that cuts through a quarter of my city.

Which is a shame, because I'm really digging this sort of ersatz-subway.
