Impresive, population need to feed with that new rural area and a masive railyard down their. Industry may have to relocate ? Last the free trade zone notrh harbour   area might be built ! What my own progress on the Catalunya region still little network, planning, things sort out, interesting with the cross spani-france pyrineze divide. Barcelona, Gerona, Perpagnan and the coastal Costa Brava and French Med area´s. Hoiday, little industrie, lot agricuture, nature, litle effort, low, have to distribute as little into organizing, more in building, looking for special themes, large region, probably project of 5 years as long as Mayon and Europe but maybe only concentrated on certain area´s, well see !

# In addition I just wanted to let you know that I've created a new thread about my incoming city journal where I will post some WIP updates, questionnaires, projects and plans about the region, etc...I hope someone has a moment to read and participate.

Yo, guy --

You have opted for the "paint the scenery" method as opposed to the "less is more" method.  Good choice --

When you "paint the scenery" everything has to be linked together and blended and, unless I miss my guess -- more realistic. 

I, too, have chosen the "painting" method for my landscape.  It is VERY tedious when covering large areas, but it is also VERY realistic -- in my humble opinion.  It took me several attempts over many months to develop my "forested" look -- but you will not be sorry once you've "got the hang of it".  Rummage through the STEX and download every landscape feature you can find -- they will all come in handy sooner or later.

Just lately, I developed a new terrain style to use along the sea coast -- mostly for use in my coming C J -- Imperial Dockyards: Cuxhaven.  I know it doesn't bear much resemblance to the coastal regions of the North Sea -- but I like the look, anyway.

If you put the effort into it -- the landscape will reward you......
