actually you don't need to use Milkshape. You just export from ilive Reader as .3ds

Lovely, so I suppose it's just a matter of whether one has the time and patience to convert the 34 houses I've made so far into BATs. Of course I'm talking for the benefit of the community, as personally I'm happy to use the S3Ds in game without conversion -I mean, 34 houses, props and lots in less than 2MB! The BAT equivalent would probably take up 20MB.

Cataluna Highway going great heights !

Some more progress has been achieved on the cataluna project. Let´s show the regional map of this area !

n9Qztcc.jpg

France on the right with Ceberes, Portbou, coastal railway strechtches for 150 miles when there´s easy way to go inland to Figueres and Girona.

Cataluna highway you see starting in ceberes above going into La Riera Spain and progesing through rough mountains to reach Vilamanchese plains

AE4QPtW.jpg

Railway had some though coastal stretches, the Cataluna highway first 100 miles where nothing less exciting to complete. La Riera bends seemed little mountain replacement, Molinas there where mayor mountains to take care off !

La Riera !

Molinas

rasxCny.jpg

Incredible slope like Enid mod it isn´t ! Actual use of these zones in game none, in reality priceless as mayor transport highway. AVE line for now have to wait, as this will prove to much of my nerves and the landscape would be ruined far to much. Little detail of the border and the coastal area and  maybe some relative flat valley area´s around figueres, to follow !

Enjoy !

Not sure on the number of jobs to assign, any thoughts?

Not that much. It´s HT Industrie (isn´t it?). So not more than 115?

Thank you everyone who pressed like on the previous post. *:thumb:

I will be looking for LOTers and BATers for what is an extension to the Hybrid Railway Mod.

Essentially I have made some exemplars and made some FLEX Pieces for making a Light Rail Variation of the GLR to make a metro style network.

Since this mod is using the same models and textures as the HRW it should be in step with the updates to the HRW so new content will be added progressively to the mod.

I have not named it yet and since it is a slight variation I am open to the new Light Rail name. One name springs to mind is RMLR or Real Metro Light Rail

For the record, I have not changed the files of anything else so this is a pure addition, (Not a Replacement) of the Light Rail or GLR.

Many thanks to Arne or @vester_DK for the Automata shown in this Picture.

This looks incredible! I'm definitely going to use this for the above-ground sections of my subway/metro lines.

Will it be draggable like GLR or plop-only like HRW?

I'm useless in all things modding but I offer you my complete emotional support.

Its manufacturing, high tech can be very picky and hard to please if you are not careful. Its plopable, so remember that you will always loss jobs due to no freight leaving. And their are 48 tiles used on land, multiple work shifts and even workers offshore. So I was thinking more around 1000. IDK

The captain! Every ship needs a captain!

Yah, IDK, it looks cool to me, but I don't live by water.

Vineyard for my Wisconsin region...because apparently Wisconsin has vineyards. :ooh:

Pelozzi Winery, makers of fine fortified wines such as "Staggering Hag" Chardonnay, "Speaker's Choice 20/20" and "Old Crone Merlot".

Hi, The new implementation will be a cross between the two. That is, you can draw the ortho, diag and eventually Fractional Angle segments but a Flex piece or a starter will be required to make the new GLR. Flex pieces will include curves, switches and some other fancy arrangements.

@Lucario Boricua for a "runaway lane" try laying down gravel towards the end of the paved escape lane and transition to deep gravel at the end. It's used here in Alberta to great success and won't cause a sudden stop the way the hay bales would. Interestingly there's a new method of using low-density concrete at the end of airport runways that crumbles in order to bring planes to a stop, that overshoot the runway. It works very similarly to the gravel method.

If it REALLY can be made only with the Reader, I am almost volunteering...

@Krisman may I ask where you found the hangars? Especially the more weathered one... The Cal Fame Packing Shed fits perfectly in a military environment. At least a swedish...
