Deliciously tropical textures!!

You know, the only things left are a terrain mod (even if that one works well) and a tree controller (I've been tempted to try one with Flunight's fantastic brazilian trees, but the fact that they are HD and it would blow away my computer has stopped me)

Emerald Ville development 01 !

As developing Emerald Ville South I over looked agricultural development ! Industrial area developing I plopped the VW plant. Realising that agriculture need to be done first I added all zone´s. Waiting, waiting, waiting, I learned another important lesson about jobs ! Nothing happend, untill I realisezed the VW was taking it´s share so, by reducing industrial estates I managed to recover about 3/4 of agricultural development, very good ! What left I may have to give a other purpose or plop every tile manualy !

This part worked out fine, allthought industry still have to recover !

This part may have a different destination like a airfield, perhaps ?

Enjoy !

beautiful!!!

In any case, a reminder: all texture mods are compatible with other texture mods of the same definition, so your rock mod doesn't need specifically Sudden Valley to work as intended, any HD terrain mod is enough.

My thoughts exactly!  Stunning work, just wondering if my laptop can handle it.

Clearly! I personally prefer the smaller (left) version for the grass, but the bigger one for the sand.

There is a clear difference. I would have to pick the left side on both.

Yes. And I'd go with matias93 on that one. Grass on the left, beach on the right. The grass texture on the right is too hay-like.*:)

That is really odd ... first question, as its a maxis bridge, have you tried drawing it with no other plugins to eliminate a conflict ?

Sure thing! I'm with the others, btw.

Now for something else: I really hate to be kind of a party pooper, but doesn't that wavy pattern on the sand result from water and only exist in the "wet" zone that's constantly affected by waves breaking on it and running down again? Wouldn't the dry sand further up be smoothed by the wind?

I have no idea about the technical possibilites and limitations, but it would be ideal if we could have the wavy structure only in the surf zone, with smooth sand further up.

These considerations aside, it's refreshing to see a Simtropolitan tackle terrain textures once again, and your work so far has been absoluely beautiful! I can't wait to see what else you'll come up with. Thank you for using your exceptional talent and work to share it with us. It's much appreciated. *:)
