"Is it not cruel to let our city die by degrees, stripped of all her proud monuments, until there will be nothing left of all her history and beauty to inspire our children? If they are not inspired by the past of our city, where will they find the strength to fight for her future? Americans care about their past, but for short term gain they ignore it and tear down everything that matters. Maybe… this is the time to take a stand, to reverse the tide, so that we won't all end up in a uniform world of steel and glass boxes." - Jacqueline Kennedy Onassis.

This might be really trivial but have you thought about modeling roofs that are sloped to get rid of rainwater? Like this sort of stuff? Fig%202%20Flat%20Roof.jpg

Because I noticed that these buildings have gutters and downspouts at the back so the roof must slope down to there. I think you modeled the parapet a little too short for this to work too. Again this is really trivial, I never thought about this before until a week ago and the drainage of many flat roofs still remains a mystery to me.

The Eden Parkway rowhouses at the top of this page are absolutely yummy.  Can't wait to see their colors and textures.

Here's a new building for you NYC fans, I needed to get back on Manhattan, because Aaron is one of the NYC apartments Kings for Sim City 4. :D

A question for you guys, do you know the name of the building to the right of Peter Stuyvesant in google maps, it was created by a NYBT member.

Sweet,a new large Apartment Building.I wouldn`t call this massive building a real beauty (not your fault Aaron,it`s the original architects fault, this seems to be the reason he wants to be unknown) but this will be a fine addition.Although i kinda hate this area because there are so many "unique" buildings that aren`t available yet. Luckily this is one of the last neighborhods i will develp in my NYC Majors Diary...

Uhm...i`m kinda confused now.Which building are you talking about? The reddish brick Corner Building right next to your new one or...oh wait, you are talking about that white older building with the corner clocktower?I guess this one was once made for SC4 but was kinda out of scale....doesn`t really fit into the 4 tiles streetgrid and parts were missing.

Another mid century Manhattan midrise. Always good to plop them down in my NYC recreation since they make good residential fillers and the variations prevent the neighborhood from looking repetitive.

Yep, it's 200 East 15th Street, aka the Hatten House. Created by none other than you :) Do we win your unreleased buildings for guessing right? Speaking of which whenever I walk by 185 3rd Avenue I wonder what happened to your version of it.
