The building is located in Gramercy Park, Manhattan. The building is next to "The Hattan House" (200 E. 15th Street).

I think it already looks beautiful, and that's just modeling without the textures.  This will be a winner when it's completed.  I especially like the roof details...but I'm the first to admit my fondness for water towers...

NYBT 1150 Park Avenue

Here's a building that I have showed off in the pass and, had planned to make. This building is on Park Avenue. I do plan on making more building on this avenue and 5th avenue. TO be honest think I have started on two 5th Avenue apartments, right now there just a box model.

That`s a nice one you picked there.I really love those wrap around Corner Windows and i just checked on streeteasy,those Apartments are quite nice too (but expensive).

That whole Stretch of Park Avenue screams "Aaron Graham" and if someone would build this in SC 4,it would be filled with your Work

Here's an update, I have added the windows, I need to make some changes, to them I think they are up to high on the wall, then again it might not matter.  I have a question should I make the type of windows like in the brochure picture above?

Nice update Aaron, I think you should make windows as seen in the brochure for sure, but only if you feel up to it obviously!

I like the style of that Park Avenue building so something to look for.

 

BTW where did you find the plans? I went the US with my latest city and I go my interest on few 1890 Chicago buildings.

Looks like 1150 Park Ave is coming along nicely, I walked by it all the time on my strolls up (and down) Park Avenue. It's located next to a nice little church on 91st Street. It's neighbors also look very much like the the Worthington Apartments (which I think you based off of 888 Park Avenue if I remember correctly). Makes it quick and easy to recreate that swath of Park Avenue in my recreation, which I still work on from time to time when I have time to play SC4 these days.

Glad to see the Peter Stuyvesant too, you're the official mid century NY co-op apartment BATer here at Simtropolis. I'm inspired myself to fire up BAT and create some buildings on my enormous list of NYC BAT's myself. 

BTW, I can't seem to remember if it was you or not you but someone was making The Montana, 247 W 87th St, on the Upper West Side.

The funny Thing is,i had some hard Time finding the Place in Google Earth because the Area has quite changed a bit but also the Building itself seemed to have changed a bit on the Roof Area,especially that raised Part were Ligts and Watertower is hidden.

Beekman Hotel Tower

 

I have did a little work on the Beekman today the roof still need some work, the ac units below the windows need texturing, and I need to work on a few things on the ground floors. I hope you guys like what you see.

 

Any plans to revive this and some of your other near finished BATs? There was a low rise a page back that looked well on its way too

Last I remember I need to do with the Beekman Hotel Tower is work on the windows on the back of the building, the texturing of the ac units below the windows, and the nightlights.

I have thought about it, I would need to learn how to mod the buildings in the game. You do have Feindbolds Buildings for steam so he's like an Aaron. He's great with the tenement buildings I make, but he has not touch the early 20 century, mid 20 century style, and art deco style apartments
