  1. Sorry, I can't find a way to respond to your comment on NYBT Courthouse Of The Appellate Division. Anyway - Did you delete anything from MN or DN folders? Sounds like the game can't find the winter version model and is displaying brown box.

  2. edwardjeria - As matias93 pointed out you can use Lot Editor to mod the courthouse as a police station, I was considering modding it as courthouse but in the end I decided against it matias93 - Thanks you for help! Nos. 31-33 Madison Ave. are available for download if anyone's interested

  7. Thank you It's good to be back Haha thank you So, I made two townhouses that stood next to the courthouse before they were demolished in the 50's to fill up that rectangular space. I wanted the court and townhouses to be separate props but it looks like I will have to export them as single model because this is what happens when I try to place them on the same LOT: I thought that changing the courthouse LODs to "L" shape would help but it didn't and I don't know what else I could do to make this work...
  8. Wow, almost two years...RL gets in the way, but I have something new for you; courthouse from NYC, complete with Winter version (2x3 tiles). I just need to export and mod it.
