T Wrecks- Okay buddy, Moose a Moose has a shop in Aaron City. Maybe the day I make a apartment building ground floor is large, like a 3x4, 4x3, or a 4x4 T Wrecks may have a department store.

An update on variation three, I have choose the four shops from you guys for the third variation, the names are from the left side of the building to the right are Samantha Nailpolish, Moose Factory Bar & Grill, Star Computer and D. Sastre Seguros.

Does someone have a prop family in mind? Come to think of it, there's really not that much in terms of awnings... gascooker has some generic ones (striped green/white and red/white) in his Mega Prop Pack, but apart from that, I'm not aware of any awning props. Cannot hurt to have some more choice, though.

SimCoug & T Wrecks- You guys just want me to do more work. One thing to know about props awnings for buildings is that all shops are not the same size, then you have to worry about effects of the slope and shadows that will go up against the building.

I'm no BATer, but I'm guessing that it isn't too much extra work to just render each individual awning. Once you have the individual model files, I'd be happy to turn them into props and mod the prop families. TWrecks is correct, there are very few awning props, and they may not work on every building, I've been able to use them quite a bit to liven up some old BATs.

Yeah, no worries. When one of us Lot Editor guys asks for something, it's usually just an exported .sc4model file, nothing else. We can handle the rest ourselves.

2295 Grand Concourse

 

Here's a new building this one is located on one of my favorite Boulavords Grand Concourse. This is the second time I worked on a building on Grand Concourse, the first one was never completed because it was made in Gmax and at that time I was leaving Gmax for 3ds max. Ahh, I was like yesterday. Maybe I will re-Bat the building in the future.

But seriously, of course I like it! It's another beautiful mid-rise, and they all have one or two things that differentiate them from buildings that look very similar at a first glance. Here it's the beautiful ornamentation on the front part of the cornice and the slightly stepped back, to name two aspects. Knowing that you never disappoint in the final stages, we have another raw diamond in front of us!

2274 Grand Concourse

 

Here's another building from Grand Concourse. I hope you like this one too guys.

This must be a heavy case of "Great minds think alike" syndrome.

After klicking on your provided Google Maps Link for the earlier Grand Concours Building,i noticed that nice looking brick building on the other side of the Grand concourse and i immediatly thought "please AG make this one too,please please please"

Somehow these thoughts might be uploaded into your brain and forced you to make that new building.

 

Love your newest bat and of course love the original.

Is it just me or has the building a general modern appearance (just imagine it without the ornamental brick deco ...)

1466 Grand Concourse

 

Here's another building, it's located on Grand Concourse. I feel the size of the building is not right and i might but this one on hold for a while until I get things right. I'm sorry I have been missing for a while. Right now I sick but I'm going to try to make a new apartment to night if I can find one in the Bronx.
