"After creating tons of residential and commercial buildings, NYBT even branched off to industry with their ABBT division, covering the entire RCIspectrum. However, some civic BATs haven't been made very often. So NYBT founded the Civic BAT Unit (CBU) and gave us some beautiful fire departments in the usual NYBT quailty (read: top-notch) and even went the extra mile to include some diagonals."
