Paul, your Beekman tower is a viewing pleasure. I really love art Deco buildings in general. And that texture is lovely. Keep it up and thanks for remaining one of the most active member here. :P

"Is it not cruel to let our city die by degrees, stripped of all her proud monuments, until there will be nothing left of all her history and beauty to inspire our children? If they are not inspired by the past of our city, where will they find the strength to fight for her future? Americans care about their past, but for short term gain they ignore it and tear down everything that matters. Maybe… this is the time to take a stand, to reverse the tide, so that we won't all end up in a uniform world of steel and glass boxes." - Jacqueline Kennedy Onassis.

Screeeam!!!!!!He`s back, good old Aaron is finally back.

And he brought an amazing Treat to show and share!.

No seriously,i`m glad you are back (wouldn`t know what to do if one of my favorite Batters would vanish...).The Grand Concourse Building looks spectacular. It`s a Building in classic Bronx Architecture. Not too fancy like many fine Tenements in Brooklyn, but still with stylish Details like the arched Entry to the inner Court, the sloped Cornice Line and those nifty Window Frames. It`s a fine example for a distinctive Architecture Style.

Hi @PanzerMan1001, while Aaron is indeed relatively active on the site (at least he has open his account recently) and we all want that he retakes his great work, it is in any case mildly inadequate to bump an old thread, particularly a development one. You create the impression that the development has been restarted, confusing passer-by forumers. Just bear that in mind for the next time. Greetings!
