Installing: For SimCity 4 Deluxe and SimCity 4 Rush Hour Only
After downloading, extract the folder and open it. Then open the folder inside named "Kloudkicker" and open folder in there labeled "KK Mr Bubbles README". After reading the README text file inside, remove folder "KK Mr Bubbles README" and store it in a separate place other than the two plugins folders or discard it. Take folder "Kloudkicker" and place it in the Documents SimCity 4 Plugins folder. Enjoy while playing.
Note: You may chose to keep both plop and grow versions or chose one over the other by removing the file inside labeled either Grow or Plop.
Uninstall:
Bulldoze all of the lots in every city they were placed and then remove the files from your Plugins folder.
