Purely fictional, these townhouses represent the sort of new build medium density dwelling style that is prevalent throughout the world in the last few years.
These are composite construction of brick and fibre cement weatherboards with garaging and rec-space on the ground floor, main living on the first floor and bedrooms on the top floor. The buildings are rendered in neutral monochromatic tones, with the black areas meant to be redolent of the Japanese Shou Sugi Ban technique for preserving timber through scorching.
These townhouses are light on ornamentation and have simplistic shapes for ease of construction.
The lot size is either 2x2 to face the street or 4x4 on a central driveway. Each lot has different stats.
