Quite literally, I was looking for a small building to BAT, and I love Seattle, and was just scrolling around on Google Maps and found it!

Well, if you need more inspiration, I would be forever grateful if you or someone made a BAT of Clever Dunne's, a bar in Seattle that I frequent. Just throwin' it out there!
