I think a a pawn shop in SC4 is a great idea. Its also helps having one of the best batters we have around making it :)

hence the name gun- also I've gotten it to grow in my city and it doesn't hurt crime at all.

Good one! The front with the dark windows and the black awning above ends up looking a bit like a black bar across the front, but that's really not a biggie. Thank you for including both Maxis and DarkNite versions. :) The night lights look very good, too!

 

About the dependencies: Well, you clearly wanted to make as much as possible in HD - otherwise I'd say that 5 dependencies for fewer than 10 unique props on the lot are a bit much... :lost: Personally, I'll pass this one because I'm not into HD buildings, but that's just me. Good to see you uploading again! :)

I found 2 of them. wmp_allotment_props.dat & wmp_garden_props02.dat. They were both in here:

That's because they have been included in a mega props file here

NOTE: These two files are also included in it "wmp_allotment_props.dat & wmp_garden_props02.dat"
