About This File

The senior accountant has just called in sick on the day his quarterly report is due, your executive assistant can’t find where she saved the latest memo on the hard drive, and the guy from IT says it will take three hours to get your computer back up and running from the latest viral-video-turned-virus. But who cares? It’s a regular day at the office, and it beats working behind the notions counter at Gustav’s. Presenting another set in the series of midrise commercial office packs, guaranteed to add some office variety to your regions. Included in this download are the following establishments…

Morris, Anglin & West
Cooper Aviation Corp.
Crater & Ritz, Inc.
Roanoke Invesments
Briggs Entertainment & Talent Agency
Hudson Bank
Romanov Imports
Hauser Payroll Services

Like the previous office packs, these buildings were made to compliment the existing Maxis medium wealth commercial offices. This “mega pack” contains eight different buildings over 77 lots. They range from stage 2 through stage 5, offering from 42 to 68 CO$$ jobs, and are lotted similar to their Maxis counterparts in order to blend in; as such, there are no dependencies for this pack. All have nightlights, custom queries, and stats similar to previous offerings; plus the readme file has some interesting trivia tidbits about the building names.

Expect more of these in future packs, so stay tuned…in the meantime, download that Powerpoint presentation for the new company project, get the boss to sign these overdue payroll checks, and put in the order for the new furniture in the lobby…and just ignore the water cooler gossip about the new vice president going on a “business trip” to Fiji with his new secretary...enjoy!

Yaaaaay!

Always a pleasure to get a new pack from you. These are much needed buildings and are very well executed too! Can't wait to giggle at how you came up with your silly building names.

If I didn't know better I'd tell you to stop re-lotting Maxis buildings! Nice work on this.

Following a heads-up from the forums, I am about to file an application for an electrical OWOT (one-way, one-time) transfer of custom structure enhancements into our architectural repository for virtual urban settlements to boost sustainable, economical, and efficient city development and enable synergies with existing assets, but I'm still trying to get management buy-in and overcome the silo thinking that's prevalent in some departments of my organization before this project is a go - not to mention clearance from Legal. After a drill-down into the opportunities offered by this commodity, the results of our evaluation survey will be communicated to you.

I love your building packs! Not so flashy that you can only put one in a city, and just bland enough to be used as filler.
Excellent! 5/5

@ T-Wrecks: You sound like conferences calls I'm on.

@Mad Hatter: Quality. Detailed. Goods. Need I say more? Your work is always done very very well.
