  1. Falklands

Always forget about the Falklands down there - great looking map!
  2. Show us What you're Working On

I'm going for more of an east coast look with these

Working on creating a ploppable Boardwalk system for my waterfront region. Once it's all done, I'll put the full kit up on the STEX. Test piece, same 1-width repeated a few times. Obviously still some texturing to do.

A waterfront condominium and vacation rental complex, meant to be placed snug up against the beach or harbor. Designed with an open garage level, these buildings don't have to worry about flooding during storms and other inland water surges. Modeled after complexes up and down the East Coast and Mid-Atlantic US. (And hey, look at that, I can build something other than a stadium) Lot size: 4x2 Provides R$$146 Also available as a ploppable Landmark, also 4x2 in size, costs $8000 to drop No dependencies! Have fun with it!
  5. Equitable Bank and Trust

I feel like it would have been better if it were 2x3, but it's still a great model
  6. Mallow Park

I'd love to build those too, but MLB-size stadiums are out of my range.
  7. Mallow Park

DING DING DING! Send me a message, you got it.
  8. Mallow Park

      Sorry, wrong here too.
  9. Mallow Park

Close, but no. And that place has been built by now, it's a real stadium.

Mid-sized pro baseball stadium, built in the "retro" brick and steel style template that many of the stadiums constructed post-1990 have used. Elements are borrowed from a few real stadiums, but this is a fictional park. Appears under Landmarks Cost: $34000 Size: 11x12 Dependencies: None! I actually work at a baseball stadium, so I think I've nailed down a few of the elements that go into a good park. I've also got a game for you, a riddle or puzzle hunt that you can go attack. The main gate area of the stadium's exterior, front and center, is modeled after a stadium that doesn't exist. Tell me what city I'd find this stadium in - if it did exist - and you win the naming rights to the next SC4 stadium that I build. Either message me or post it in the comments section here if you have a guess or manage to find the right answer. I don't expect anyone to win, though. SimCoug was the first to get it - proposed stadium in Virginia Beach

Here's something for our friends to the north. Expansion pack stadium, where the original football gridiron is expanded to the Canadian Rules format. Nearly identical to American Football, the Canadian game - and the Canadian Football League - features a few minor rule changes, plus a field wider and longer. The original Brewer Stadium is included with a Canadian layout, and I've also included a stripped-down version of it that's smaller in size, something for a Canadian university team. Lot sizes are 11x11 or 8x9, are both found under Landmarks, and contain no dependencies. This won't replace the original Brewer Stadium if you have it. (And I'll be darned, trying to type "Brewer" quickly is giving me fits - I gotta work on these names!)
  13. Brewer Stadium

Yeah, after I do the CFL skin, a baseball stadium is next
  14. Brewer Stadium

I left the sidelines a little free and wide so that this stadium could also hold a CFL-sized field. Working on the texture of that right now, so Canadian fans, you can expect your own version soon!

Here's a new (or old) football stadium for your college campus. And what American university would be complete with this centerpiece of both student life, alumni bragging rights, free labor, and elaborate booster controversies? Designed after a variety of different real-life stadiums, not one in particular. Appears under Landmarks, costs $30000 to plop, takes up a 11x11 lot space, and has no dependencies.
