Wow that's one of the loveliest looking 60s-70s building to grace the STEX, maybe I should just start zoning industrials in the centre of downtown. ;-)

hrmm - I got mixed feelings about - I shoulda put more detail on the windows - they look plain zoomed in. It looks good from a distance tho

I think it looks fine. A little big for an industrial building, though i cannot say no when it comes to the decision of downloading this. 5/5.

Downtown industry is something that should be explored much more. It isn't unusual as a matter of fact, just look at old pictures of NYC, Chicago, or Detroit. They had large industrial sectors directly adjacent to their dense downtown areas. Anyway, lovely building!

Seems an unusual architecture for a building industry, but I like, I often wanted this kind of building.

I adore it, but it would stick out like a sore thumb in most of my industrial parks. Working as a plop for the transition from industrial sector to the business district is it's best location, but using it as a growable is just not feasible.

It doesn't need to go in the industrial area since it's the corporate headquarters for manufacturing, it goes in a downtown area. I don't know why more people haven't come up with this idea of Industrial headquarter buildings. Awesome!

i'm actually ok with the window. the seemingly drab textures on the window supports the retro look. i also like that this is an HT building instead of CO. but it does look more like the offices of the industry instead of the manufacturing area itself. just my thought, though... this is a download indeed!
