Nightlighting looks good. Windows a bit too dark during the day though. But not bad for early work from you.

Huge improvement. May i suggest some plantlife on the lot and maybe a street prop or 2?

Attractive building and night lights. I relpaced the base texture with the maxis gray concrete textures to eliminate the need for dependencies. Also added a side yard for some parking and benches and tables for outside dining. Also added jobs that bring in $14 in revenue. Thanks for sharing your BAT.

Gee, I hate to sound critical but what is this, like the 10th Starbucks that someone has created? Hasn't the world (SIM or real) got enough corp chain stores? I'd totally be into seeing you put all of your creative energy into some other unique structure instead of yet another mega corporation that drives private, mom and pop companies out of business. Thanks for the hard work, I look forward to seeing what you come up with in the future!

If realism is a concern for your city, you gotta have at least a FEW Starbucks and other real-world corporations. Nice job! I can't keep placing corner Starbucks everywhere, I like this one.
