About This File

Description: Higher education in America centers traditionally has centered around a college campus, which tends to spawn a localized community all its own, particularly in smaller cities and towns where there is not much competing industry.  Students come from all over the planet to receive degrees in engineering, medicine, law, and basket weaving.

This comes with four BATs, each with a growable and ploppable lot:

   - University Bookstore: Students need to have that place to buy that new edition textbook the professor put out that changes three words and will require you to take out a second mortgage on your first born to purchase.

   - Dunkin Donuts: A New England based coffee shop chain, where students can get fuel to stay awake for the entirety of finals week studying things they didn't bother to learn the rest of the semester.

   - Primanti Brothers: A Pittsburgh area coleslaw-and-fries eatery that has served its fair share of students of varying levels of hunger and blood alcohol levels.

   - Sigma Iota Mu Fraternity House: A fictional college fraternity and the site of shenanigans that have ended in laughter, memories, and the occasional arrest.

Stats:

Plop Cost (bulldoze): 4400 (100)

Lot Size: 1x2 (University Bookstore is 2x2)

Growth Stage: 2

Wealth: Medium

Jobs: varies

Power: 13

Water: 11

Pollution: 3/2/21/0 @ 1/1/0/0

Dependencies: Number of students ahead of a valedictorian.
