Pointless but sweet! All props are that way I suppose. If you do a second version, add graffiti (awesome work on that!) on the roof with some beer cans and garbage like kids sneak up there to break some laws. Great example pics too!

Reminds me of a Cinema near where I used to live. The Marquee at the entrance just had '1927-2004' on it... the year it opened and the year it closed. Great work

er um its ok but why would i want an abandond theater in my city. This is probably the only building you created that i didn't download. But in retrospect it does look realistic and if your a person that wants an urban eye sore than i gues it's great. Sorry it just does'nt suit my personality. /:

my sim-preservationists are going to love this. they're going to be trying to find a way to restore it, probably try to turn it into a low-budget live music venue. awesomeness. i love your work.

You know I really love this BAT. It's just like the one in my town, only I think it's falling apart even worse and is made of red bricks with rotting boards. Thanks for bringing me this piece of home to my game!

Thank you for your elucidation. I mistakenly thought it was placed in the Landmarks menu simply as somewhere not so crowded to put it. For my arbitrary use I want it as eye candy. (I did just learn how to edit the monthly cost, btw.) I would, however, prefer it did not have Landmark attributes. I'll look into that.

My 5/5 rating still holds for how it looks. In the future I shall refrain from giving feedback on user's content unless it's 100% positive.
